Awful after sales
Awful after sales. We had a problem with our dryer. The engineer visited with no parts even though we had given an indication that it sounded like the fan was broken. It has taken multiple attempts to get through via phone, e mail and chat eventually to be told that the parts are on order and they can’t give us an ETA. It’ll be easier to through the machine away and buy a reliable brand….

I have tried everything. I can't get ITV1 or ITV2. I Prefer free view. I don’t like Freely.

Customer service is appalling
I am extremely disappointed with both the product and customer service from Hisense. Our washing machine began leaking (November 2025), and the process of trying to get it fixed has been incredibly frustrating.
We reported the issue, and an engineer appointment was scheduled. However, the promised time slot was never confirmed, despite repeated calls and texts. On the day of the appointment, the engineer did not arrive as expected, and multiple attempts to contact him went unanswered.
Over the next few days, I spent several hours on the phone with Hisense and their service partners, waiting on hold, experiencing dropped calls, and being transferred multiple times, with no resolution. Despite all this effort, our washing machine remains leaking.
The level of service has been appalling, with a complete lack of communication and regard for customer time. I would not recommend Hisense based on this experience.

I reported an issue with my dryer mid October and have struggled to get it resolved. Since October I have had 4 visits from engineers and currently waiting for a 5th. This has resulted in needing to take time off work to wait for an engineer and use laundrettes to dry clothes in the interim. I have chased this company numerous times but have had no response. I have also made 3 complaints and no response. I am not someone who complains but I’ve really had enough. I will avoid buying goods from this company in future and would urge others to do the same.

The product arrived in good condition
The product arrived in good condition, and was easy to assemble and ready to use. The quality is very good, operating the features is taking some time. But it is a new system to me. There are a lot of good features with this model. So far it is going well.
Do not buy - not built to last
Fridge Freezer bought August 2023, out of warranty August 2025, evaporator has now gone. Given that the evaporator is a critical component, the repair has been deemed uneconomical. Under the Sale of Goods Act 1974 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and durable. A major fault of this nature occurring so soon after purchase indicates that the product does not meet these statutory requirements.
Terrible after service
I purchased an integrated fridge with larder, the larder door is faulty and has been since purchasing, in December, they use a company called Pacifica to repair, their customer service is shocking, been on hold for over 35minutes after an engineer visit twice, still not fixed !

Setting up TV was easy but when I turned it on later in the day it went haywire, no picture, sound only. I was going to take it back next day and turned it off at the plug. Tried later and everything ok. Customer service said it just needed a reset. Picture and sound very good.

Regarding Hisense Dishwasher Model:HS622E90WUK
We bought this in August 25th 2025 but installed after a two mount, when we tried our 1st trial run after installation its not working we informed Hisense and the engineer came and told as the that door sensor shoukd replaced so its take time waited for couple of week and engineer came and replaced it, ‘we are happy’ for one week it runs and Suddenly an error ‘F54’ came up and its not working we tried to call Service center and again another engineer came up ad he take every tubes and pipes out and and water every where in kitchen and he sorted out. Not happy this time after two days again the same F54 error came up and we again informed the Hisense service center and they told as an engineer will visit this weekend. We are really disappointed about this dishwasher we bought this one for a help as my wife had a surgery and stand for a long time washing utensils and all. But this machine is also not helping Us please help as to solve this issue by replacing or refunding .

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. The returns pricey between Hisense and Costco was very welcome. I’ve had Three TVs over the years from Hisense. Only one had an issue 10 months after purchase. It was returned with full refund.

I'd highly recommend the Hisense brand. Excellent quality. I have it connected to surround speakers, but the TV's own sound is also quite good.
A Good Choice for Both
Our washing machine was over 7 years old and needed repairs so we started to look on websites, Hisense seemed to be better than others. Recently we chose a Hisense television when the one we had was a few years old and needed updating. We are happy with that so we thought we would try a Hisense washing machine.

Purchased 50" OELD TV to replace an old tv that had given up. I am absolutely blown away by the upgrade. I wish I had made it sooner. The tv is easy to set up and the phone app is really useful too.

Have brought a 58 inch tv great picture sound good but not great will probably get a sound bar. Have a tv antenna which I prefer but tv keeps using freely which is patchy with my slow internet out in the country
Hisense WF5S1245BB Washing Machine
Bought Hisense WF5S1245BB, 12kg 11th May for our first home and already has a fault. Although we bought the washing machine in May we didn't move in until 1st week in Sept, meaning we've only used the machine just over 2.5 months.
After contacting Hisense an engineer was scheduled to fix the machine, appointment got rescheduled due spare parts not being available, once the engineer observed the machine only then notified myself that the fault needed a spare part. In total not able to use my machine for the past 2.5 weeks now, completely unacceptable and poor communication from Hisense. Machine is still faulty and awaiting for it to be fixed contacted Hisense this morning and spare part still not arrived.
