I do not usually recommend, because I find that people find their shopping places themselves. But that's not due to lack of positive experience with any company. And my experience with Fruugo is just fine. Everything is just as fine as you would expect.
Got a warning when my package was late. Received my package perfectly
Weeks passed, and they hadn't even shipped the product. I asked for an update, and they assumed that meant cancelling the order, which I never agreed to. After that, it was a long line of the following:
- I had to re-send my inquiries, because their system failed to register them.
- I got the classic canned replies that didn't address my concerns, proving they don't even bother reading what you actually asked.
- Some empty, clichéd excuses and apologies. Claiming they can't do anything about it, when it's their own system and business.
- I never even got an explanation on WHY they never sent me the product. They didn't even address that part, in spite of my constant demands.
- I got fed up with all the disrespect, and tried to end it. Told them to stop contacting me. But they STILL did.
I think there's even more, but I can't remember it anymore. Worst shopping experience in years. They did a lof of the "awful customer service" stereotypes. Ridiculous. Will never shop with them again.
At least I got my money back. But I REALLY wanted the product. It's pretty hard to find.
UPDATE: The reply I got to this, shown here (below), is just more of the same. Another empty apology that solves nothing, and expects me to keep talking to them. As if they're gonna do anything differently now. If they WANTED to do things right, they had their chance. They clearly don't. They just wanna look good without actually doing good.
They contacted me through e-mail, reopening the case, only to give me those empty apologies as if that were actually addressing the problems they caused.
And of course, the ONLY reason they're doing this, and giving me a useless explanation over e-mail about "the retailer was unable to do it," (DUH)... The only reason, is because I outed them as incompetent here. They're only sorry they got exposed.
UPDATE #2: Fruugo updated their reply to this, and it's laughable. Literally an insulting cliché of customer service, once again. Their reply is now a combo of:
- Empty apology.
- Not addressing the real issue.
- Not offering any new solution.
- Talking about the refund as if I was asking for it or anything of the sort. Basically changing the subject.
- Proving they haven't read any of the previous conversation, because they already made that exact same mistake in that conversation, and I pointed it out back then.
The way they mix pretending to try, with trying as little as humanly possible by not even bothering to read what happened, is pathetic. Pure, transparent virtue signalling from uncaring incompetents.

Good product, fast speed, and easy to change adress when needed. Absolutely worth it and will return.
0-stars if this was an option. Fruugo informs me that they have delivered my order but I have received nothing! They do not answer my inquiries. Strongly recommend NOT to use Fruugo - they are only taking your money.

They say they ship in 24 hours and after you can see it takes a month to do it, I asked them to cancel my order and after one day they sent me an email that the order was shipped and when I check the tracking it says that they got only the info for the order, and they responded me to make an order for my cancellation inquiry!!!

I cant even locate my parcel with a tracking code which is supposed to be used on PostNL. Without any written explanation that I was even ordering from China in the first place.

Very satisfied with my purchase
and delivery. It was cheep to buy and they said at it woul take more time to deliver, but it was actually not that long. And the product is in reality better and on the picture- I bought some toy for my child.
Can only say thank you and recommend this web site.
Cheating!
On the site it states that the product will fit to the Korg digital piano B2 version.
Got a cheap Chinese product which is both short on length but also does not fit.
So waist of almost 300kr for a cheap chinese product. And when I say I want to return it as it does not fit tells me that they reccomend to keep it as it will cost me more to return.

I am very disappointed with the Fruugo.dk, as I did not receive a package Simparica Trio til hunde 22, 1-44 lbs (10-20kg) -3 stk, ordered on 27/08/2025 with date of delivery 11/09/25-23/09/2025. The package cannot be tracked because there is no tracking number and I am just waiting to receive it. They do not have a support phone number and so I filled out the form for an undelivered package. I did not receive any update, nor an answer as to what happened to the delivery, nor that my money would be returned. It is vital for me to receive the package of tablets for my dog, not the money that I will obviously lose. The last I will do is to contact Fruugo.com in Great Britain and complain about the frivolous attitude towards me. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed that I waited more than a month and did not receive the package that I ordered and paid for in advance, the much-needed tablets for my adult dog. :(((

I have ordered these Whitening Strips Sensitive, but the packet never arrived. I have been in contact with both Fruugo and the danish PostNord, and non of them wants to take the responsibility. they keep shooting each other. I did not get my order and for now I cant do anything, as the last answer from Fruugo where: The package has been signed for. This is the proof of delivery provided by the carrier. Please contact the carrier to verify. on the documentation is says it was delivered to my adress, but I also got a request to pick it up at the parcel store from POSTNORD. so something is wrong here.
Problem is when I came to the parcel shop they did not have the packed. So somebody might have signed for it and got my packet. BAD Customer handling. I paided for something i did not receive. POST NORD says its Fruugo and Fruugo blaim POSTNORD that its send as letter so they cant do anything, But is that my fault that Fruugo decide to ship as a letter....
