I have ordered these Whitening Strips Sensitive, but the packet never arrived. I have been in contact with both Fruugo and the danish PostNord, and non of them wants to take the responsibility. they keep shooting each other. I did not get my order and for now I cant do anything, as the last answer from Fruugo where: The package has been signed for. This is the proof of delivery provided by the carrier. Please contact the carrier to verify. on the documentation is says it was delivered to my adress, but I also got a request to pick it up at the parcel store from POSTNORD. so something is wrong here.
Problem is when I came to the parcel shop they did not have the packed. So somebody might have signed for it and got my packet. BAD Customer handling. I paided for something i did not receive. POST NORD says its Fruugo and Fruugo blaim POSTNORD that its send as letter so they cant do anything, But is that my fault that Fruugo decide to ship as a letter....

First of all what they did not say that the product I ordered was coming from China. Secondly the Denture creme they posted according to them it will hold it doesn´t matter what u ate it will still hold. But the denture creme that I ordered was not not holding because it is liquid consistency. What a waste waiting too long and also expensive, I can buy here in Germany better price less than 4 Euro and the denture will stay better. I would not recommend to anyone to order from this Website Fruugo. They promised that one of their members will contact me BUT in vain.
Haven´t I not given negative Evaluation here by Trustpilot, I wouldn´t get any Response fron Fruugo. Today I got twice Email and requested photo from the product that I received in which I sent them at once and they respond quickly saying that I got the wrong product that I ordered in August and got more than 2 Weeks coming from China. They told me that they will get in Touch as soon as possible. meanwhile I reported it through Paypal. This experience will never happened again.
This company Fruugo keeps on Emailing me and requesting Consistency of the product they send me although they themselves acknowlege or confessed that I got the wrong product. I don´t have the guts sending them proof of a wrong denture adhesive. Do they want just an extension Tactics in order to give up and never answer their request. Give me a break.All I can say I had the bad luck receiving the wrong order and maybe I can give you advice don´t try to order from this online Website if you don´t want to be like me.And same answer to all ..."WE WILL BE BACK TO GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE":::: Did it happen?

Scam seller. They don't tell you that they will order crap from AliExpress, before you pay for goods you want. I was looking at Danish website because I needed it quicker. After I payed, I found out that goods are coming from china in 3 weeks... For 100dkk delivery fee... I literally found shop on AliExpress they reordered goods for me... Item I bought on their website cost 260 dkk + 100dkk delivery, on AliExpress it is 79dkk for the item and free delivery. So it is 100% scammers.
If I'd like to wait 3 weeks, I would buy it from AliExpress myself...

Fuurgo gives incorrect addresses on their packages, which means you can't get what you paid for. Fuurgo also won't refund you because the address doesn't exist.

It took long long time to receive the item and the deodorant smells like water!!!

Jeg har stadig ikke modtaget min vare, selvom jeg bestilte for længe siden.
Jeg har forsøgt at kontakte dem, men:
E-mailen virker ikke – jeg får ingen svar.
Telefonnummeret virker heller ikke.
Det føles som ren svindel, når man hverken kan få varen eller få hjælp fra kundeservice.
Jeg har spildt både penge og tid, og der er ingen løsning fra Fruugo.

I live in Denmark and I bought the item (order #180880133) that was listed as "For Samsung GalaxyBuds3 Pro Wireless Bluetooth Headset" which in the picture looks exactly like Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 Pro but the price was 40% lower from the genuine headset. A few minutes after I placed the order I regret of the purchase because start doubting how genuine it is. I tried to cancel order right away but it was not successful attempts because couldn't reach out for customer service before item was processed and shipped to me.
After I received the item I filled the claim for Return Request and was told to return the item to China in 14 days while I could see on the package label that the item was shipped from Malmo, (Sweden) which timewise and moneywise not fare to return the item to different country than it was shipped from.
The item itself looks exactly copy of Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 but there is no connecting app to a phone which gives variety of the features to control and adjust the headset. Basically I bought counterfeit item that legally sold through fruugo.dk website.
About this illegal business transaction I reported to Samsung and European Consumer Centre.
