Great price for a good as new item. Delighted with the refurbished trackers. Feel good not buying brand new and being more circular. The battery on my refurbed tracker lasts longer than the new ones for some reason!

Not answering about refund
I placed and order on Wednesday and received confirmation that my dell laptop was on its way. Today, I received a message saying there was a problem with the unit and my order was canceled. No information about replacement or refund. This was at 7am. I asked for support and if I would have either a replacement or refund. Absolutely 0 f* given.
I have read many people with positive experience but mine at the moment is disappointing. I had to call my card company and report of possible fraud.

I bought a pixel 9 from them 6 months ago and then it would not charge properly. I returned the phone to Austria to be fixed from Ireland over 3 weeks ago. They asked me for the unlocking code for the phone 2.5 weeks ago which I provided and I provided a drawing of it. They notified me that they were fixing it. I asked today what the delay is as it's nearly 3 weeks since the phone arrived with them and they have asked again for the unlocking code. I already gave it to them nearly 3 weeks ago.
The service is appalling so I would not buy from them and take note of this in case something goes wrong then you are left with them not resolving your issue. They do not respond quickly to emails nor do they seem to have any kind of decent customer service.

Extremely disappointing service – never again!
I am honestly shocked at how poor the customer service at refurbed (and the associated seller Umut24) has been. I purchased an iPad last year which suddenly developed severe battery issues. Since my first contact on July 6th, 2025, around twelve emails have been exchanged – and there is still no solution in sight.
First, refurbed redirected me to a seller they apparently no longer even have a contract with. I sent in my device as requested and weeks later received a so-called “repaired” iPad that was completely unusable – it wouldn’t even turn on. After reaching out again, I was told to send it in once more, which I did, and since October 20th I have been waiting without any confirmation or response.
What makes it even more frustrating is that most of the replies feel like automated bot messages, repeating the same scripted lines over and over. I was asked multiple times to send videos and photos, despite the issue being obvious. The amount of effort required from me is completely unreasonable for a standard warranty case.
For a company that claims customer satisfaction is a top priority, this experience is the complete opposite. I’ve wasted an enormous amount of time and still have no working device. For me: never again refurbed.

So definitely my go to when ordering electronics.
