Ordered food which was never delivered. Delivery driver called KHALED NIDAL in Glasgow posted a picture of package lying outside some door and marked as "delivered". Called driver, UberEast CS, Restaurant - no response. Opened a ticket as order not delivered on UberEats app - no response !! Charged my credit card. AVOID AT ALL COSTS> I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I’m tired of my orders always being wrong. Batata is not the same as sweet potato and I keep getting the wrong thing. Sometimes my order even smells like smoke, which I can’t stand.

I NEVER activated Uber One again. This same scam happened to my roommate. My credit card is BRAND NEW, never entered to the Uber app, all the sudden I have a monthly subscription even though I have not been billed in the previous months. There is an actual class-avtion lawsuit incoming if this continues to others.

My daughter ordered food from Uber eats and got the wrong food which she’s a picky eater and didn’t like any of the food they send. When she emailed them back they gave her a partial refund which is BS she didn’t eat any of the food and wanted them to come pick it up and bring the wright food and they didn’t answer her till 24 hours later and said we are sorry but we can only offer a partial refund. So she paid $15 and got no food in return to show for it. If this is how they do business she and my wife and I will never use uber ever again. Terrible way to run a business and terrible customer service. Rude! I see many other have experienced the same problem and they also had their refunds denied. Not a good look uber. Maybe you should hire competent people that can read an address and double check when they drop off. This is a total lack of Accountability on uber eats half. Do better or there will be another company come along and take all your business away like is happening now.

Food left in delivery drivers car for an hour before delivered. Food was cold and stale and inedible. The delivery driver confirmed he was busy delivering other food orders whilst my food sat in his car for an hour! This is the second time this has happened. I have now removed the app and advise others to do the same. Uber eats response was useless and unhelpful.

Absolutely disgusting. So I got my food. It was freezing cold. Half of it wasn't there and it was full of Oasis where they just threw the stuff in the bags. I'm absolutely Disgusted.
I have emailed and I've even tried to call them and I get nothing back. They are absolutely disgusting so I try and call the person as well that delivered the order that I had and it just goes straight to voicemail. They should not be operating it. They are an absolute joke.
Awful customer service
We ordered food to the wrong address accidentally, firstly the app doesnt let you change it unless you have a driver so if they dont accept the order you have to wait ages, secondly we had about 5 drivers accept the order we tried to message and call them multiple times to correct the address and they would just cancel it. We ended up waiting 1hr 30 mins just to get fed up and uber down there to demand them make it and give us it. Ontop of that we tried to cancel the order because of a simple mistake but nope cant do that as it charges you the full amount still, we understand the address being wrong was our fault but the customer service is awful with no number to call and if we hadnt gone and got the food we wouldnt of received it. Do better

Uber eats is getting worse and worse
Uber eats is getting worse and worse. The delivery system and customer service is very poor. I order food to be delivered estimate 20 -40 minutes. At 40 mins nothing happened. At 50 mins app says being delivered then’oops’ it is not. Chatbot pushes out garbage. Eventually get a real person. After continued delays they offer a refund without charge if I cancel, or £4 if I hang on. Food turns up cold as was sitting for over an hour waiting to be collected. Told I can’t escalate complsint. Then they said they would get back. A day later nothing. Their customer service is close to non existent. They make up rubbish for delay, this restaurant was 20 mins walk away. Not the first time with big delays, I think they want you to pay priority for timely delivery.

Been told I'm not entitled to a refund ordered deserts from the little desert shop saying it would be 45mins waited 2 and half hours, so went to cancel on app to then find out I'm still getting charges £57. Tired to contain the restaurant but no contact number for the little desert shop in guildford because it doesn't exist and is in a restaurant called chicken shack or something finally got hold of them through the driver and said I can deliver it at 9pm which was far to late considering we placed order at 6:15 he said you won't get charged because how long you been waiting, but Uber eats are saying I won't get a refund which I don't understand 3 hours late and no desert and no way of contacting a shop that doesn't have a contact number because it's inside of another restaurant I would like a refund

Horrible team to reach out to same place got my order wrong twice I thought cabt happen twice but yes all orders over £20 and they just refund me £4.65 I raised concerns they refunded me a further penny how does it make sense they happy to take money but not refund even if mistakes on they behalf. They close conversations you try and resolve before they even try solve it true scammers

Terrible customer service. They don't actually take whay youre saying into consideration, they just send scripted responses.
Second chance let down
Tried again with uber eats takeaway delivery.
Again no food delivery. Even though it states on account the food was delivered.
It appears the drivers can find there way to the gated community, have drive around and either pick some random villa to drop food to or take off and do who knows what with the order.
If drivers can not read signs, look for house numbers or follow sat navigation instructions perhaps uber needs to think about their suitability to perform this job

No attempt was made by the delivery person to deliver the food. They have a policy of not delivering if they wait 10 mins but drivers falsify the completion of delivery and keep the food. They don't give refunds either. Terrible company. Don't ever use this service. If I could give less stars I would.
Incorrect order, poor customer service
We have used UberEats a fair amount and usually it’s great (despite the odd missing condiment). On this occasion, however, IT WAS ABYSMAL!
The driver was given the wrong order by the restaurant, therefore delivering the incorrect order to me. I attempted to call the restaurant but there was no answer and no call back, to my message left.
I used the “help centre” and they said there was nothing they could do as the driver entered the pin… they were blaming ME for the error!!! The customer service advisor assured me there was nothing they could do as they were following policy… that is, until, I asked to take the complaint further.
My complaint was then reviewed a THIRD time, and a got a refund as an “act of good will”!

The quality of their customer service is terrible. If you use their inapp way of cumunication with them, they simple don't respond.
It is literally impossible to communicate with them directly if you are a customer. I have spent hours trying every possible way, to never avail.
