- Drinks were not properly sealed, spilling their now-not-so-fresh contenance into the delivery bag.
- Hence, fries were not only cold but soggy and mush.
- No mayo or ketchup to be found in the wet mess.

Did not receive food, no customer support
Waited 2,5 hours for food delivery. Driver didnt try to call the international number in the comment field
Did not have any food that evening.
Customer service only told us to call the restaurant, who only speak French.
No customer support provided at all, company does nothing but provide a portal and doesn't take responsibility.

Need more healthy restaurants and no more transactions declines
Just Eat does not provide enough restaurants in its list. There are plenty of Chinese, Italian, Pizza, Burgers but it's near impossible to find a "French Brasserie". It's quite impossible to have a healthy food with Just Eat.
In addition, many transactions are refused even if rules are respected (choice of a Just Eat restaurant, balance account, time). So, I am loosing a lot of money on my card each month for this reason.

Just eats is just a haven for dirty restaurants
Response is a scam, I got an email from Josh I responded and no reply. Info(at)just -eat.fr the customer service is trash.
I don’t blame them you guys just need to read the terms and conditions as they refuse to be involved in quality and service of these restaurants but agree to have them on their site it’s about money for them.

I never received my order I lost my money
I never received my order. I reached the client service who told me the restaurant confirmed the delivery so they couldn't reimburse me. They asked me to get back to the restaurant.
The restaurant doesn't answer on phone, there is no mention on the internet of this restaurant in the city. I am wondering if this restaurant is not a « shadow kitchen ». So I cannot do anything and I have the feeling Just eat is not doing his job meaning taking care of the clients and checking the reality of the restaurants.

Order was never delivered
My order from Just Eat was never delivered. I contacted customer service - 1 month later I got the message that the driver couldn't reach me and that it was my own fault. I waited on the street, so I know my address was never called. Of course, the money will not be refunded.
