Why the app doesnt have a map to follow…
Why the app doesnt have a map to follow the delivery guy, it just says that it will arrive shortly, and you can't contact him, only the restaurant, the app should add this feature, or just tell us that the order has departed, because even that we can't know. It's just a timer that when hits 0 it stays forever saying that will arrive shortly.

Helpful and Great service
There was a bit confusion because i put wrong delivery location. Once i realized that i quickly asked for help by chatting through the just eat application. Thanks to the staff who keep follow up and help me solve all the issues.
So sorry for all the troubles and thank you for your help once again.

Very nice!
Good choice of restaurants, the app doesn't inflate the prices and offers free delivery for many restaurants, service fee isn't as expensive as Ubereats.
I give it 4 stars and not 5 because delivery time isn't very accurate and pretty slow, but most of the time it's worth the wait!
Nice app overall!

Waiting time from the restaurant too long
I’m giving a low rating because the waiting time indicated when placing the order was different and a lot longer after the order was placed. The was no option to cancel once the order went through. I found this dishonest and unfair for the consumer.
