I bought a mini on this site that was delivered from Birmingham to liverpool im a disabled pensioner the dealer assured it was good I foolishly believed him and thought I was safe because of him using this platform to sell on .the car ,s subframe is corroded and it’s has a oil leak and the dealer has told me to take it to a garage to get fixed now he won’t answer my calls or emails so I’ve been scammed the garage is called TRADE SALES GRASSMERE RD BIRMINGHAM B120UR .DONT BUY A CAR OFF THEM BE AWARE!

Terrible company, was a dealer on here with no complaints at all. Was shut down for absolute no reason. Terrible customer service, no one buy a car from this website, or any of there partnered websites. They do not take care of their dealers, nor their customers.

Trustworthy & helpful
Fantastic garage. Richard really helped me out this summer when I had problems with my car, even when another garage had done the work due to where I broke down. Took the time to explain things to me & to advise. Subsequently replaced a couple of tires at a very reasonable price. As a woman who knows little about cars I really appreciated the care & patience. Very trustworthy & won't go anywhere else.

Motor Factory Leicester. Promised on more than one occasion by Ryan the salesman to get back to me and didn't. 2 test drives arranged and cancelled both. Advertised the vehicle as 1 previous owner, but in fact there were 4. Lies, abysmal customer service and a constant excuse of staff sickness.. Shocking!!! Would not recommend!!!

Adds destroyed the experience
It used to be an ok site where you could find the cars that you wanted. Now every time I search for a car on Motors a popup add appears and takes half of my screen. Can't see anything because of it. Bye Motors... See you never.

Extremely difficult to onboard for car…
Extremely difficult to onboard for car dealerships. You are fed a load of sales nonsense by their sales team then they are impossible to get a hold of if you have any issues or try to get up and running. Every call to them goes to voicemail unless you are calling their sales team. Around 6 weeks after initial contact we just received a very cheeky email from one of their sales reps. Not recommended.
