Smells just like the over priced original and lasts all day. I've been using these for 5 years and they never disappoint.
I order regularly from your company and love the range of scents on offer. I ordered car perfumes recently but to be honest I can't really smell the fragrance in the car. I have held the bottle upside down to let the perfume flood the wooden top but I still find they aren't very fragrant
I have never been complimented on a perfume more. I've literally had people stop me in petrol stations and ask what perfume I'm wearing. Was planning to buy more anyway and then saw the incredible Black Friday sale and thought I would stock up and get my husband some aftershave too. He's a bit of a perfume snob and was super dubious but he sprayed it once it arrived and says you absolutely cannot tell the difference between this and the original and is over the moon. We had a slightly delivery issue in the fact we only got half our order sent but within less than a day, it was sorted and the rest of the order is now on it's way. A big thank you to Yaseen to customer service for being so brilliant and getting it sorted so quickly. Couldn't recommend this company more.
Adam was supperrr helpful, on both occasions, he gave me a return label for free. I panicked bought a few items a couple of times during Black Friday and he was so supportive.
Great company used many times , this recent order never arrived so tracked it and it was at delivery office ,it never moved from there , so contacted Essence and they also checked ,they were very good and have sent a replacement out , so hopefully it will arrive soon.Never had any trouble at all before .So probably stolen at the parcel sorting office for Christmas.

I am a regular Essence Vault customer and I have never had any issues. I recommend this company to everyone. I ordered perfumes and reed diffusers during the BOGO sale. All perfumes came with no issues. I was sent one diffuser and two bottles of perfume in the scents that I had chosen for the diffuser. Emailed customer service last week and it was handled promptly…or so I thought. I open my emails to find an email from Adam (who supposedly sorted the replacement order which I received an email saying it was ready to ship) saying that the scents I had chosen for the diffuser which were listed on the website aren’t available in the reed diffusers and they’re experiencing “IT errors”. I am so beyond annoyed because I was assured the package was ready to be shipped and awaiting collection by Royal mail. The reed diffusers were supposed to be a gift for my Mum’s birthday and now I’ll have to go getting something else in case this order isn’t delivered on time
There was an issue with delivery of my order. As soon as I raised an issue I was contacted by Yaseen at The Essence Vault who very quickly rectified the problem and organised a replacement order which arrived in 2 working days. Yaseen provided very prompt and informative responses and went over and above to exceed expectations. Thank you Yaseen

I received a leaking bottle of perfume but within less than 24 hours a replacement was sent out and Peter was very helpful and polite
I emailed your customer service team very very angry about a parcel that hadn't been sent/ or gone missing, and I had previously spoken to a different customer serviceperson who did not fully resolve the issue. I was very fed up and convinced of never ordering from here again, even though I am a regular customer. However, Peter's professional yet friendly responses resolved my issue in no time at all, restored my faith in the Essence Vault, and really really impressed me. I thought it worth writing a review to note the fact that Peters approach was absolutely fabulous and I will definitely be ordering from you again as I know I can depend on the service!
I purchased some perfumes on the Black Friday deal but cannot comment on the smell as they are unopened gifts at this point. I am a returning customer so I have no doubt they will be lovely.
The only problem I had was with the delivery, Evri, who gave a date and time slot and didn’t deliver. They then informed me that they would deliver 6 days later which was unacceptable. I contacted the essence vault regarding the delivery and had a very quick response from Alix, thank you. Fortunately the package was delivered before the response and not 6 days later so problem solved.
Have used essence vault for ages now as there the best around but had my first ever issue with a order contacted them and with in 10 minutes the lovely Diane reply’s and resolves the issue and sent replacement out, wow fantastic customer service didn’t expect quick reply as it was 7-8pm Thankyou Diane

Pleasant.i might actually use that for work but will never buy again , shame as I had high hopes fiven the reviews but they are clearly from people who have never had the real thing . Actually the aventus copy is unpleasant.
On my second order they gave me a completely wrong order. But I got my order resent and didn't have to send anything back, which in theory is great but I don't have much use for over 5 perfumes in total now. All in all customer service is great and I'm grateful for the help and extra's received. Most of the perfumes smell lovely to me.
