Booked as a birthday gift. Helen the masseuse came round on time for my wife’s massage and was brilliant. The service was fantastic and my wifeis now considering having a massage often from Wecasa.

Overall, the service was excellent and our cleaner was very thorough and friendly. It’s a bit pricey, so I wouldn’t use it regularly, but I would definitely recommend it.

I signed up for a one week free trial of their membership, which would give me discount services. But I wanted to cancel it before I was billed.
So I immediately cancelled it and suddenly my booked service was full price. I emailed them to point out their website says
“Your Wecasa Club subscription will be cancelled at the end of the month. You will no longer be charged. If you change your mind, you can always return to this page and sign up again." - that suggests it should have remained active until the end of the trial.
They responded “In fact, If you cancel your Club membership before you have been billed for your session, the benefits will be automatically withdrawn, even if the session has taken place. What you can do is :
You need to wait until 24 hours after your session has taken place to be billed. Only after being billed for the session can you cancel while keeping the discount on that session”
I told them this is quite misleading and they replied “I’m sorry for the confusion. This is how the system works, and I understand it can be a bit misleading at times.”
Terrible that a company is admitting their marketing promotion is misleading, but don’t care.

Waited several hours in the house on my day off for my pro to show. He never arrived or messaged. When I spoke to Wecasa customer service the response was we’re too busy to sort this out for you so just message him again.

I wanted to change the cleaner to a female as I had been given a male. I used a discount code. An AI assistant told me to cancel and re-book and specify I would like a female. I did this and it wouldn’t let me use the discount code again, even though I hadn’t had a service. I then got the same repeated robotic messages and even one confirming that the original booking was still taking place. I am concerned a lot of these reviews are AI generated because the customer service doesn’t match the reviews.
