Excellent tour.
We’ve seen an amazing Aurora.
Our guid was fantastic!
Really great tour!
The driver Kel was polite and carried out the tour on time. The northern lights were non-existent (which was understandable as a natural event is unpredictable and expected to be able to rebook if required) however kel kept saying that there was an exciting activity to witness although unable to point to it or even take a photo himself of it, even at the end when almost nobody wanted to get off at the next stop as there was again no activity? The question “are you happy with what you have seen tonight?” Was asked multiple times. I can only assume that was so the guide could claim that we had seen the lights as we haven’t been contacted for a re-book as within the booking guarantee. There were other minor issues such there was only limited support for iPhone cameras and no support for Samsung, only a 15 second incorrect description of what causes the northern lights and no other tour commentary at all. Main disappointment - trying to be convinced to say we’d seen something we hadn’t.
The tour was amazing! And we luckily could see the northern lights
I had a problem with my schedule but they did everything to make it possible!! Many thanks for it
Discoveries and wonder along the road and trails of Iceland to arrive at a magnificent park. A truly top guide who knows how to tame the road and share her knowledge. In short, a great adventure that we strongly recommend
We were brought to 3 sites of the Golden Circle and had time to spend there.
We appreciated very much being in a small group of about 15 people.
The bus is quite used. Other transport companies had more modern busses.
Due to rainy wheather the windows were fogged up all the time. Maybe in a more modern bus, this would have not been so.
The spanisch driver drove like hell, but obviously we arrived everywhere safely and on time.
The tour guide was wery friendly and answered all questions at any time in Spanisch an in English.
Unfortunately, we did not use the ride from Landmannalaugar (ticket ARC-T70436210). We were at the meeting point at a small parking lot in front of the river at 4.10 p.m. So unfortunately 5 minutes after the given time. The problem, however, is that the bus departure location is not provided (at 4:20 p.m.). If we had known where the bus was leaving from, we might have been able to arrive at departure time, i.e. 4:20 p.m. We assume that there was an additional transport from the parking lot to the bus departure point, which we were not informed about. We also tried to call the telephone number provided on the ticket (+354 5395226), but to no avail. Taking the above into account, we do not evaluate the service positively. Best regards, Grazyna and Tadeusz Nowicki.

Great experience and we've seen 7-8 whales! As cons, it would be better to make turns for the best positions in the boat, as some people got it from the beginning and didn't move...

The guide David was fluent in Spanish but not great for our group. His information was basic and sparse. The hike was decent but could have been much more.
The ride to LandmannaLaugar is a 2-hour bus ride of which 1 hour is on very bumpy roads. This is 2hrs each way. The tour felt formulaic. To be on the bus for 4 hours and do a 3hr hike that is slow paced, with a 45m stop for lunch seemed like very little hiking. Our 8 year old was with us but he was very energetic and was more than capable of keeping up. What slowed us down was a 4-person group that stopped very frequently for long stretches and seemed to be concerned about doing the hike.
