What an stupid customer service. I bought a fence over 6 meter. The picture on the website shows a long nice fence with good connections per section. So i buy this item 20342. Arrives in over 100 pieces. Ok i assamble. But NO connection clamps as on there website. Over 10 email to customer service and the just don't understand rhe problem. They suggest to let the fence build up not in 1 same height. Idiots. Its like order a VW and receive a Lada and fix it yourself. NO MORE BOLIGCENTER. DK.

In general it was a good experience, but the website could do a better job presenting more accurate pictures of the product.
The colours were completely different, though that ended up being even better in RL (had I known it, I would have made the decision to buy allot faster).
Besides that, delivery was delayed, for 3 days it kept promising "Today is the day".

Only received half of my order. The other half was returned to sender and now have to wait 14 days for a refund after the package arrives back at the warehouse. There was no option to have the item re-delivered even though I made contact as soon as I was notified. Poor experience

I ordered makeup table that supposed to be half price on promotion I paid 680kr but the quality was really not good it could be because it’s so cheap or this is the standard quality there 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I've bought a pavilion but it broke on the first day, which is not their fault, coz they didnt produced it.
I contacted them and they told me to return it back and after a few days they return my money back minus the VAT. I'm happy with their after sale service and warranty.

I ordered a tv stand,when i received it it is broken and bad quality.

This company has corned me,I bought a bike worth 8000kr,used it for 1 month and display showed me error E 10 I wrote to them and asked me to send it for repair.They send me email back saying the electric bike can not be repaired as they don't give warranty,which they did not mention while buying it, now they ask me to pay 1930kr if I want the electric bike back.

Ordered a cabinet and upon opening the package I can see the wood is poor quality and damaged. I paid 1200kr
The company policy is that you organise to post the goods (210dk for the 28kg package) or get a reimbursement of 5-10%

Wish I did my research before buying.

Despite the complaint, there is no response from the store. I do not recommend shopping there.

I am trying trying to reach you from last week I didn’t get contact back from you guys. The product i order that came wrong on size and i want to make exchange but i want to get in contact for the process.

This pillow is absolute junk! Very low quality! Way too small and very thin. Return policy is a joke! Stay as far away as possible! Total scam.

Very poor customer service, and untrustworthy delivery. The company not willing to take responsibility for the return mails, they are not able to fulfill the delivery date.

Awful services, product does not arrive on time and if you want to return any item, customer have to take care it by self. No customer service phone, only email.....in 2025??? Avoid them from far!
