quick when answering and helping
The support was quick when answering and after recognizeing that there was a problem with my Chipolo card they sent a new one within a week.
Great customer service
I have 2 Chipolo One Point, a Card Point and now a few more Chipolo Pop. All work fine.
Only the Card Point suddenly stopped working after about 9 months. Only a few days later, after a very nice and helpful contact with the support, they sent me a new Card Point as replacement. Great service!
I can only speak/write as I find
I can only speak/write as I find. I was initially unsure as to how to set up my Chipolo. Went on the website, and almost immediately I was contacted via email on what to do, then asked if I could let them know if that part worked. Yes it did, but still didn't have my keys show up on the app. Checked as to what type of Chipolo I had, went back to the app, all is working as hoped. I found the people I was emailing to be very friendly and extremely helpful. Very pleased how it all went. One happy customer!!

Fast answer, fast release and now Chipolo works fine again under existing account/e-mail.

I had an issue with my trackers and support responded immediately. They helped through troubleshooting and when unable to solve it sent me a replacement unit right away. Great communication and helpfulness.

I bought a six-pack of Chipolo pops four months ago. One of them was misfunctioning. Support was responsive and after a couple of emails back and forth within a few hours, Chipolo are mailing me a new device. Very happy with Chipolo customer support.

I bought 2 chipolos at a thrift store and one ended up being locked. They helped me unlock it and it was so easy and quick and they were just so nice about it all!

Great devices. I used them for a while now, and they still working great. A must have device if you always losing your stuff, and have hard times finding it.

Had a product stop working on me, customer service was great and assisted to trouble shoot. When this didn't work organised for the product to be replaced free of charge.

I had a problem with one of my devices after the battery died. I contacted support for help and had a reply within minutes. I followed the instructions and was able to re connect my device to Google within 30 minutes of my first contact with them. This is customer service of the highest order!!
Incredible support
I was having a problem figuring out why my chips weren't working. When I bought them they worked and then they didn't. Turned out to be operator error that is I was using the Chipolo App instead of Android/Google Find Me. Once they explain that to me they worked perfectly. They were patient with my luddite style thinking and extremely gracious. Yes I would buy these again.
Great and affordable product
Great and affordable product. Good service from the support team. Sent me immediately a replacement after the carrier GLS lost my order.
Bad product; bad service
Two of them were defective. The two I did get to work were challenging to get set up. When I complained to support, instead of sending me new ones, they had me running down rabbit holes and asking for documentation. I would strongly avoid.

The tracking market is a difficult one…
The tracking market is a difficult one because of the conditions that I put my trackers through. I had some issues with Chipolo but the team was fantastic and everything was resolved. I would not hesitate to get more of them, and will be in the future. What I especially liked is that they are both Android and iOS.
