Placed an order on 28th November, received an email on 1st December saying my order had shipped however on closer examination on FedEx website the tracking just said that a label had been created and that they were still waiting to receive the package. So basically a complete lie. I waited until 7th December but still no change to the FedEx situation. I therefore emailed the customer contact email at oil perfumery but 24 hours later no response so have emailed again not looking very hopeful so I will have to contact Amex tomorrow to put my payment into dispute, All very disappointing and a complete waste of time.

I used to be a big fan of Oil Perfumery. Their products were great and I recommended them to friends, but my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing.

I placed an order months ago and was told one of the items was on back order. Fine — that happens. But they never offered a substitution, never gave an updated timeline, and now they’ve gone completely silent. I’ve emailed multiple times asking when my order will ship and haven’t received a single reply.

At this point it feels like I’m just being ignored. It’s sad to see a company I used to trust decline like this. I hope they get their customer service back on track, but based on this experience, I can’t recommend them anymore.

I was very excited when I found this website. I love perfume oils but the selection OP offered was something never seen elsewhere. I have now bought over 30 perfumes and may not order again. Reasons???
1. Ordering issues. Always something or the other. They say buy 12 and get 2 ... but till I added the 13th the second free one didn't appear! Not a big deal though.
2. The perfumes are far from originals ones. Even this might be subjective.
3. Essentially the two categories they have is Arabian based and western based, within these two categories, the fragrances almost smell similar or just a slight variant to each other! This is the single most reason why I may not buy from them again.
4. To top it off ... now they have Tarriffs which are not disclosed during ordering. How do I know where they are shipping from ... with this reason, I may not order from them again. If Canadians are banning US tourism, why do they want to sell their products in US?

I ordered a Le Lebo Gailac 10 to try. It was absolutely amazing most likely better than Le Lebo, as this is a an amazing oil. Absolutely gorgeous.

Had some order issues, but contacted them and they instantly sent me what I was missing. Customer service was more than excellent and there products actually smell great! Love oil perfumery

Been a customer for several years now. .Oil perfumery has a big jump on the competition the Quality of their ingredients and perfumes !
Are superb ! Tried a few other companies. . .No comparison ! Keep it up !

The scent I received was not even close to the scent it was trying to copy, and it also wasn't good on its own. I left a negative review saying this a week ago, and I've noticed that this review is not on their website. So not only does Oil Perfumery make inferior products, but they actively censor negative reviews. Shameful.

I have ordered from them before plenty of times and my last and final order was received last week on October 6th. I wanted to try Twilly. They had it when I ordered on the 25 of September. It took over a week for my order to get to me, 10 days, so I looked at the scents I ordered and I saw it was out of stock. Lo and behold I get my package and Twilly is not in there. It was on my order and I was charged for it, but they tell me it is out of stock when I ask them about it and a refund will be given,which I need to keep an eye on to make sure it gets back to me. I feel I should not have to contact them about that, they took my money for it so they should have taken it off when they didn't have it. I put a review up about it and it did not make it on the site like other people have stated,no bad reviews get posted. So it is probably for the best to move on from here. I give them two stars for blocking reviews.

I recently ordered two oils and they did not disappoint! Gaiac 10 smells EXACTLY like the original. It also outperforms the original. I did have a shipping issue (my own mistake), but this was quickly addressed by friendly customer service. Will buy again!

I ordered perfume oil that said to be an inspiration from a perfume I’ve been using for years and was unfortunately discontinued. I was shocked how the smells where the same! Not only that,but the fact that the perfume is made in an oil formula,is much more concentrated and I can smell it on myself for the entire day. I am shocked by the fact I can get the same scent for a way better price as well. I highly recommend !

I initially discovered their products on Etsy. I was super happy to find out the company also had a website. A ton of selections, many of those that I already wear as a spray perfume. I've been searching for a reputable company to transition into oils instead of spray perfumes. Their customer service was above and beyond. Quick replies and very friendly, I look forward to purchasing more of their products! :)

When my package was lost, the manufacturer stepped in to make sure my order was replaced ASAP.

I had a most brilliant experience with customer service responding promptly to my concerns and resolving the issue immediately. I love shopping from Oil Perfumery. The oils are exquisite.

I have wanted purse-size/oil-based perfumes for a long time, but none of the original perfumes I love have that option. A friend of mine suggested Oil Perfumery, and while I was hesitate at first, I can truly say that these perfumes exceed expectations. I'm particularly partial to Jo Malone perfumes, and Oil Perfumery's Frangipani and Wild Bluebell smell exactly like the original, and last even longer than the full-size spray bottles do. I highly recommend this brand for anyone that wants travel-sized dupes of your favorite perfumes, and wants the benefits of oil roll-ons on your skin.

I tried 8 of these "oils" and every single one smelled like rubbing alcohol on me. Could be that they just don't work with my chemistry but I doubt that as I tried EIGHT!
Worse yet is their return policy. How can you know if you like it without opening it?

I ordered Jo Malone Peony and Blush Suede fragrance. What a beautiful scent, Oil Perfumery did a fantastic job at reproducing the scent. Thanks for a get product. I love it.

I ordered a fragrance of an old favourite perfume that's sadly no longer in production (Chloé Love) and it's spot on!
I ordered two bottles, and unfortunately one of them somehow broke during shipping, but I emailed the company and they already have a replacement on the way. ❤️

High quality clones of some of the best fragrances out there. I have several dozen from them and they are all incredibly close to the real thing. Whether you are looking for cheaper alternatives to your favorite scent, picking up a clone of a discontinued original, or looking to try something new without breaking the bank, you should check out their offerings. I have only ever had one issue when an order got lost in the shuffle and never shipped. A quick email later and the issue was sorted out and they got it out to me the same day.

I'm not even sure how I stumbled upon Oil Perfumery but I'm glad I did! I was looking for a perfume with Patchouli in it, as it is my favorite scent & I don't see it too often. I just received my 1st order & I am so pleased. The two perfumes I ordered smell fabulous, the bottles were larger than I expected, and they are of high quality. Great service & I will for sure be a return customer. Thank you!

They have never failed me their scents perform better than anyone else and are spot on with their profiles!
