I purchase the "Spartan" gray hair…

I purchase the "Spartan" gray hair reversing product. I used the product for 60 day and there was no visible results. It stated it would restore your "normal" hair color, I a blonde, and when I spoke with their support, it only "darkens" hair. They were suppose to have 90 return policy, no questions asked. They asked a lot of questions and refused my refund. I would never ever recommend these company. In my humble opinion, snake oil may work better. And cost a lot less.

Glisson told me the right way

Glisson told me the right way, and the shampoo really does work. It does dry out your scalp a little, but it's the ideal shampoo to make your hair grow. I got an original bottle, and at first, my head felt a little cold, but as I used it, people started telling me, "Your hair is growing!" I couldn't find any more bottles, but without a doubt, it's the best hair growth shampoo I've ever tried.

Terrible customer service

I have worn the hat everyday for 60 days and it did nothing. I had my wife check after 30 days and again after 60 days. I have asked twice for a return address from customer service and have yet to receive an address so I can return the hat and get my refund.

I placed an order for product and accidentally ordered too much.

I placed an order for product and realized after I checked out and paid, that I added too many things to the order. I quickly sent an email and just received an email from Julia and she said that the partial refund would be taken care of.
This is the kind of service I like to see.

Customer service review

I never tried the product. However, I did change my mind a few hours after completing the purchase. Once I submitted a request to cancel the order, Joey was quick to respond. As someone with experience in customer service, I greatly appreciate the effort that is put into a rapid resolution.

This rating is purely for customer service satisfaction. Sorry if this wasn't helpful for the product itself.
