Package always dropped very far
Several times we were home but they "missed us" and the package has been delivered kms from our location. Ridiculous service.
parcel was delivered to different road
The parcel was delivered to a different road but, right number the driver needs to get the address right and, the picture of the door was not mine really not happy bad service
I am fed up with DPD non-service
I am fed up with DPD non-service. As many times before, their driver did not attempt to deliver parcel to me and dishonestly stated on the website that I was not home, while in fact I spent whole day home waiting for the parcel, and no one ever appeared from DPD. The customer support number +49 6021 150 415 is never reachable. DPD is hopeless!
Annoying and costly
I was expecting a parcel ,but it was delivered to the post office IN THE NEXT TOWN without any notice
Excuse was they couldn’t find my address ( not a difficult one & didn’t bother ringing )
I couldn’t pick it up immediately, the consequence being I now have to post (a quite heavy) parcel to the Isle of Man as my brother was going to take it,but he had already returned to the IOM by the time I could pick it up
Evidently this is a common occurrence ,according to the post office

A parcel was posted in NL on 02/12/25
A parcel was posted in NL on 02/12/25, 80 km to NL, and still hasn't been delivered. What a complete disaster. This whole mess should be shut down.

I didn't get a 2 hr warning slot and waited from 7-5 and delivery driver didn't ring the door buzzer and left flowers outside the building of flats
Luckily my neighbour saw it and brought it in...
Terrible service
I will never order from m&s again using dpd services
The most worst customer service I have…
The most worst customer service I have ever had. You lost me as a customer. Fenty Beauty with DPD made my decision to stop using my a favourite singer’s brand. I ordered a few items and I had never received them. Some of them returned my order and both blamed each other. I will investigate my case and I will not let the things like that. Not. Definitely, I will claim for compensation because you lost my time and are me stressed. Hey people stop using this Brand and DPD both are really terrible. The main problem is, ones you have a problem with one of them, this will cause a lot of your time and big nerves. Trust me. Because the customer service is under any criticism.
Worst service
Missed the appointed date for delivery without prior notice. Then picked out another day again without notice let alone consent and in the end told me they are unable to schedule appointments because they’re too busy. Note it was a big package (25kg 140cm)
May DPD Leadership forever find Lego in their mattresses, be beset by itchy sweaters & find their armpits perpetually moist & uncomfortable.
I have an order which for several days DPD have said they will deliver during a specific window, without ever even driving down our road.
How do I know? Because I've been here. Both sides of, & during both windows. And nary a DPD van has graced our village.
So, why does DPD persist in providing delivery windows they simply have no intention of meeting? Why, when I call to enquire about whether the delivery will actually occur on a given day, & why their delivery tracker keeps mysteriously going blank & no longer tracking the vehicle whenever the delivery window is an hour or two away, am I told that "yes, the delivery will occur today, the driver is on his way" only for the vehicle to once again be as ephemeral as DPD's contact page is wilfully obfuscating?
My parcel is now at least two days late. I say "at least" because I have zero faith I will ever see it, or that, if I do, it will be intact & functional after having spent so much extra time in DPD's superlative care.
Via the medium of DPD's tracker, DPD lies.
Via the call centre staff, DPD lies.
By concealing the vehicle location when the delivery window approaches, after having provided its location all day (allowing me to see just how many times it has been within a mere three miles of my home without ever approaching it directly), DPD are, at best, inviting the sort of suspicion that, coupled with the blatant misdirection mentioned above, leads me to believe DPD is as untrustworthy as it is unreliable & as incompetent as it is disingenuous (especially when the tracker reactivates & the vehicle is back at the depot).
Further. DPD's website. The laughable "help" page. The abysmal "contact" page. DPD clearly don't want anyone to actually contact them. A simple solution would be to actually deliver a parcel. Radical, lateral, outside the box thinking, I know. But, should you try to contact them, know this; the "live chat" simply redirects users to the live tracking. Or in my case, absence thereof. Rather making an email the only way of contacting DPD that doesn't involve waiting on hold to be lied to again, if you can find an email address to use, because you won't find it on their website.
pure terrible service.
pure terrible service.
worst of the worst of the worst !!!!!!
I am very disapointed about DPD…
I am very disapointed about DPD delivery service. If i could have put zero, that would have been closer to truth. Awful. I was expecting my good on a tuesday, we are friday, nothing, no communication.
When i go to their webite, it says " undelivery cause of missed informations". Which is completely false. They have complete adress and phone number. And they spoiled my costumed party for this weekend.
Package with a 5k PC came damaged
Package with a 5k PC came damaged, componentes flying around inside my PC and nobody want to take responsibility.
It's 3rd package sent by DPD as I've ordered speakers and other things, every single one was extremely damaged... WTF is this?
Nah, dpd sucks and I wish I had option which delivery I could choose because I would never chosoe this one for anything ever again...
They don't ring the bell and drive away
They don't ring the bell and drop the 30 kg parcel at the collection point. Plainly irresponsible.
The package wasn't left with us
The package wasn't left with us, but with the neighbor! That's not right!
They took €65 to transport 2…
They took €65 to transport 2 carpets and after taking the money they did not send the carpets because they were too big, they do not transport large products but they took the money and did not give it back... they should have said that before… the worst shipping company...don't order through them...
Good god do not ever call 0121 275 0500…
Good god do not ever call 0121 275 0500 the person at the end of the phone answers it like he is answering a call from a wife he hates, then talks to you like you are something on the bottom of his shoe all because "he doesn't need it" the person who called me the day before is an outright liar stating your package will be back out to you around 4pm (3rd December).
And as for "Your DPD Local Driver will be Gankasan" who cannot read, cannot look past the end of their nose to find the correct address you need a different job mate.
Just the worst.
Just the worst.
The driver "can't find our flat" even though the address is correct. On the second try the driver does not even try and show up but delivers it instantly to a shop.
Poor customer service poor delivery service
I tried to send an item that I sold on vinted. A few days later The person that purchased the item says that the item that he bought has been sent back to me by dpd. After checking the tracking it says that they "tried"to deliver on dec 2nd, then it says on dec3rd that it is being returned to sender due to storage time limit. No attemt has been made to bring it to a pickup point.
When talking to the helpdesk the person on the phone tried telling me that what I could read on the tracking was not correct. that the parcel had been waiting since the 25th of november. This is the date that I shipped the package. I was then told they could not do anything and that I should contact sender help. this is an email request that can take 3 days for them to answer me. So I can probably not try to get the parcel to the customer until it gets back to me.
The absolute worst
The absolute worst courier. They do not deliver parcels - they lose them, and they lie all the time. No matter how cheap they are - they are not cheap enough. Avoid at all cost - dpd and any company that uses their services.
