Studying Machine Learning Methodologies and a Web-Based Open-Source Software Tool for Analyzing Whole-Slide Images

Our research team has been working on the development of a new machine learning methodology and a web-based open-source software tool to address the accurate histologic feature identification and extraction of tissue fragments at various magnifications in the whole-slide images and an annotation-free web-based open-source software tool, enabling the domain experts to find the histologic features without the effort of annotation so that the histologic findings can be determined very quickly.
