Because of bad reviews I saw after ordering, I tried cancelling the order immediately, they ignored all my emails. After a month I receive the item but it doesn't look anywhere near as good as the photos. I email to return the item, again ignore all my emails.
I don't even want to wear your brand after this.

I placed a order 11/14 and still have not received it. The tracking has not been updated and the website says my order # cant be found. I wrote them several emails with no reply back. Seems like a scam at this point. Very disappointed with thesupermade.

I ordered 21st of November but they…
I ordered 21st of November but they just shipped it on the 30th as seen on the tracking system. I ordered it 2 weeks in advance for my festival and I don't know if it will make it.
The customer service takes too long to respond and I don't think I'll order again because of this. Now, I need to find another fit for my festival in case it won't arrive on time.
No fast replies and no fast deliveries.

J'ai bien reçu ma commande mes les coupes des vêtements étaient vraiment mauvaises,
- Taille trop petite et jambes trop longues et trop larges
- Manches trop longues et buste trop court
J'ai voulu les retourner pour avoir un remboursement car je ne peux même pas les porter.
Après un échange de mails inutiles, ils ne m'ont donné qu'une réduction de 30€ comme dédommagement pour une commande qui en vallait 140€
Je me retrouve avec des vêtements que je ne peux pas porter et 140€ de perdu
J'aurais du m'en douter venant d'un site qui ne veux pas communiquer l'adresse de retour

Item finally arrived the jacket is like a crop top, doesn’t match the photos at all. I paid £57 I asked for a return they said I could keep the item and they would give me a 15% voucher for future purchase. Or they would offer £8 refund. They eventually came back saying I ca. return the item but I have to ship to Hong Kong. Very misleading I would avoid at all costs. The other reviews on here look misleading too.
Just an update from me I messaged on what’s app and I am returning the item to them but return postage to Hong Kong is £17 which they won’t reimburse even though the item is faulty.
