I dont have any info about my order, i just want to know because they didn’t responded to my email

Am 1.10. habe ich auf der Internetseite von Thesupermade eine Damenjacke bestellt und mit meiner Karte bezahlt. Im Laufe von 6 Tagen habe ich keine Informationen bezüglich der Lieferung dieser Ware bekommen. Ich habe diese Bestellung reklamiert, weil ich gedacht habe, das es ein Betrug ist.
Ich habe auch eine E-Mail auf ihre E-Mail-Adresse mit der Forderung geschrieben, mir den Betrag meines Einkaufs, 80,26 Euro, zurückzuzahlen. Bis jetzt wurde diesen Betrag nicht zurückgezahlt, obwohl ich alle Informationen, anschließend ein Screenshot meiner Zahlung geschickt habe.
Ich fordere, mir dringend mein Geld zurückzuzahlen, sonst gehe ich in die Cyberpolizei und schreibe eine Beschwerde auf diesen Laden.
Ich empfehle diesen Online-Shop keinem!!! Kundenservice ist katastrophal!😡😡😡

Ur service is absolutely terrible i been waiting 2-3 months for some shoes i orderd for them to get sent back get stuck at a location and no response i dont want no damn number gimme my damn money u fina hit me with the same bs u did everyone else

The worst experience ever! Made my first online order with them. Saw that the house number is missing in confirmation - wrote them - no answer back. Then they’ve sent the order with only street in it and of course the parcel didn’t reach me and went back. They also took extra for so called worry-free delivery service. AND NOW THEY DON’T PROVIDE THE REFUND!!!

I recommend thesupermade because they have good quality and the fits are 10/10;)

An sich echt top Sachen, allerdings wollte ich zwei Sachen zurückschicken weil sie mir nicht gepasst haben & die haben das einfach nicht zurück genommen. Ich habe ewig per e Mail mit dem Kundenservice geschrieben und die meinten ich müsste das wenn dann nach Hongkong schicken und ob ich die Sachen nicht an jemand anderen geben kann. Eine Versandadresse an besagtes Lager in HongKong habe ich nie erhalten und blieb somit auch über 150€ sitzen. Schade.

The clothes are terrible quality. The prints and fabrics are visibly cheap. It looks like the marketing pictures from far, but up close it lookslike it might fall apart by washing. Temu quality. And the prices.. it is so overpriced.

Also they tried to remove this review.

Hi I've been waiting for over a week now for the package to be shipped but it still isn't TSM16314499 this is mi order number maybe I'll of you know to don't buy here

Ordered jacket for my granddaughter on October 11th for her birthday. Tracking info on October 16th says 'delivered 2 hours ago'. No response to complaint emails 'order not received'.
Today, October 17th, tracking says 'preparing shipment'
Looks like a scam!!!
Update October 18th: They now say the order is on its way but the tracking number and tracking link do not work! It appears that they have merely added a self generated tracking number for shipping from China but have not actually shipped the goods!!!!
Update October 21st
Tracking today states en route to Yodel since 7pm on October 19th. No further updates after that. !!!
Update October 24th
Their tracking now states cleared customs on October 22nd. No further entries. BUT Yodel UK who they say they use as shippers DO NOT RECOGNISE the tracking number.
This all still looks like an elaborate SCAM to avoid a PayPal refund escalation.

I brought - "Deconstructed Split Stand Collar PU Leather Jacket
Pale / L" and the quality is horrible, the button broke on day one trying to clip it.

Placed an order on the 21st September.
It’s now the 9th October and the order hasn’t even been shipped yet.
Contacted customer service to find out where my order is and was told “ the item you purchased is currently part of a hot sale, which has led to higher-than-usual demand.
As a result, the processing time has been extended from the usual 5 business days to accommodate” (they sent me this email twice when I asked further questions)
But no indication of when my order would actually been shipped. 20 days? 30 days? 3 months from now?
I don’t even care if the item will turn up to be Harry Potter cloak of invisibility it still won’t rectify the terrible customer and almost 20 days and no sign of it being shipped. At this point they are holding my money hostage. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company unless you enjoy waiting indefinitely and getting the same unhelpful response over and over again.

I want to give 5 stars to Supermade because i feel like its a very underrated clothing brand, all the clothes i've ordered from the past has arrived with no trouble. Sure the delivery time is a 8.3 out of 10, but overall its so worth the wait, they really do have alot of unique chunky shoes that have been slept on, all the baggy pants and stylish clothing they have and the price being where it should be is fire! I hope more people give this clothing brand some support because i would be really sad if it were no more.

Would never order again from this site. I ordered a pair of jeans which don't fit and they are refusing to exchange for a bigger pair but offered me $23 off If I order again.

Got two Ts and the rugby looking long sleeve and they were perfect ,had weight to them too ,not SHEIN or temu quality at all . Will buy again .

I ordered a pair of sneakers for my son for school, when the package was finally out for delivery they delivered the package to the wrong address. I provided pictures showing it was not my address, I did everything that was asked of my while they investigated. They ended up saying that it was indeed not delivered to me. Over a month later now and no refund or replacement. Over $100 they kept and now telling me they can’t do anything because a chargeback was initiated which is bullshit. Never received anything from them. I will NEVEr order from them again and I don’t recommend the store to anyone unless you don’t mind losing your money. Terrible business!!!

i bought the Supermade × Mortemartt Graphic Hooded Jacket, i waited for it like a week or two today i got the package and heres my honest review. the packaging was nice, i even got a discount code with it but about the hoodie itself, i thought the material would be more like the one in hoodies from bershka or zara but i was sadly dissapointed when i first saw the hoodie cuz it wasnt anything like that. but saying it didnt reach my expectations doesnt mean its bad, its comfortable enough when i walked in it in my home idk how good itll be outside in a cold weather and if itll even warm me at all but yea at least it doesnt look like polyester to me comparing it to the hoodies i bought a couple of years ago from shein

i wore the hoodie to school today and ive gotta say it was super comfy, it also kept me warm outside at 10 degrees celsius when i usually get quite cold in other hoodies the only problem i have with it is that the pockets are a bit too small and located in an uncomfortable place for the hands i think its probably made like that to look better but tbh its not that big of a deal when u have pockets in ur jeans also the hood is a bit too short for me and when i put it on it stretches instead of being like relaxed so i just dont put it on but yea i recommend the hoodie to everyone else its really good

Die Größen fallen kleiner aus, der Service katastrophal. Habe meine Produkte zurück versendet und die wollen mir nicht Mals die Hälfte zurück davon zahlen, obwohl alles ordnungsgemäß verschickt worden ist. Werde nie wieder hier bestellen und empfehle es auch niemanden zu tun.
