I recently purchased two 'Feels like Down - Standard / Firm' pillows, and I love them! You sink deliciously down into them just a bit, but after that initial cloud like softness and compression they provide excellent medium-firm support. I've only had them for a week or so and so can't comment on longevity but so far they continue to bounce back quickly and readily, I would honestly buy these pillows at double the price or even more. In fact I might another pair now...

I would not recommend or use this company again. The customer service is very disappointing. I ordered dining chairs and matching bar stools on 5th November. The bar stools have had to be returned twice because of faults to the material. Dusk assured me that the third set would be quality checked but they were also faulty on delivery. I have been trying to get some kind of resolution to the various faulty stools since 7th November but Dusk are making no attempt to address the points included in my emails. They do eventually reply but it appears to be an indifferent response rather than trying to resolve my complaint.
AWFUL DO NOT ORDER. Half my order is missing and customer service team don’t respond.
I was essentially prohibited from returning a mirror we had changed our minds about due to ridiculous return delivery charges. The mirror we ordered was £44 with £12 delivery. To return the item (not an overly large package!) DUSK expected us to pay £39.99. So that would be the best part of £52 on delivery charges and left quite out of pocket. I guess its a way to force you to keep items even if you dont want them! Not very impressed at all.
I ordered a king-size bed from Dusk and the whole experience has been a complete nightmare. They gave me a delivery date, but nothing ever arrived. I spent around 40 minutes on the phone trying to sort it out and rearrange delivery, only for them to fail to deliver again. At this point it seems obvious the item was out of stock, but no one bothered to tell me.
When I finally got through to customer service, the first thing they asked was, “How can I help you?” — as if they had no idea the bed I ordered had never been delivered. It honestly felt like a joke. The lack of communication and accountability was unbelievable.
In the end, I had to contact my bank to get my money back because Dusk clearly wasn’t going to resolve it. I will not be ordering from them again.

Looks like they have removed all contact forms on their site, their help email doesn't receive any emails I send, and have sat waiting on the phone for 30 mins without a reply
We ordered the wrong size bedframe, still packaged and unused, but it is a nightmare getting in touch with them
Do not buy from this company, I’m speaking with a legal advisor as well as going to the ombudsman due to the incompetance of their delivery service providers. I’d arranged delivery for yesterday, I was home but had to pop out but my mother was at my house all day but had no delivery. They claim they also put a card through door, I had one call from them in which they never spoke !! . When I checked the tracker they just went to top of my road !! I wrote to dusk they ignored my point that someone was home and asked me to pay a further £29.99 to rearrange delivery as no one was home. And if I want a refund they will deduct a further £40 for their delivery service. I’ve also tried calling them today several times, have been on hold for nearly an hour, no response. And the legal pursuit begins. Merry Christmas

Very happy with our bed and mattress. Mattress is super comfy and the bed is high quality and was easy to assemble. We had a fault with one of the gas struts but the customer service team dealt with this very quickly. Extremely happy with our experience.

I bought 3 pairs of curtains that l have waited for a long time, but they have finally been delivered, they are so creased there was some snagging in one of the curtains l thought they would be heavier than they are. The off white colour is more cream, so they will do for now
We ordered a Bed Frame, failed delivery twice. I believe they were just reading from a script to give an excuse for why the Bed was not delivered. When I tried to cancel the order they put me on hold then cut me off. Borderline fraudulent. Thankfully paid with a Credit Card so cancelled through them
We’ve been very lucky the bed has turned up no issues no problems. I’m extremely well packaged. Very happy with the bed. My only feedback would be. That’s very difficult to obtain an answer to a quick question if you have no customer services number to call rather than rely on an email service.
Ordered a bed, delivery came within a week, my bed has been delivered and we have opened it up to see that we have the correct colour headboard but a whole different colour base of the bed. They haven’t replied to me emails and cannot get through to them on the phone.
