scam... product is not as advertised. No app named "iTag Pro" can be found on google app store... the itag app on the play store does not function as stated in the instructions. Tired to cancel my order within 1 hour of ordering, operator said she would send the cancel request to sales... device was not cancelled. tried to use it when it arrived but would not work even in the same room as my phone. TOTAL SCAM.

Please do not buy from this company. I wish I had looks at reviews first. No feedback and the device is of really poor quality

Purchased this product as it is portrayed as the best.
It’s the worst product ever. I purchased for my dogs, if they ever got out I could find them. The product is of poor quality ( actually fell to bits one of them), they don’t track.
I’ve since bought 3 Maytag’s which are awesome so of good quality and oh and work. You can also buy a holder for the tag that fits around the dogs collar, which is also of good quality.
Oh I forgot to mention it is cheaper too.

If I could give no stars I would. I wanted to get a tag for my daughters car keys and this came up as the best when I Googled them, so I clicked onto the site. The site was confusing with multiple offers too good to be true with massive discounts. I added one to my basket, and pressed preferred method of payment to be Paypal, assuming I would be able to review my order (you can't see the basket) Offers then came up to buy multiple ones for a lower price, I clicked on it to see the offer and was immediately charged for 4 more and unknowned to me had already been charged for the one I thought was in my basket...a total of £133! I tried to contact them to amend the order within 10 minutes and got an immediate response back saying it had already been packed! I then started to do some more research and found all the negative scam alert reviews. I tried to cancel the order and got the same response. Fortunately, I could raise a dispute through PayPal, and they have refunded me. Their website is intentionally confusing, their methods of taking your money without enabling you to review the order are unethical, and apparently, the product is rubbish when you dig deeper. STAY CLEAR!

C'est affectivement une escroquerie ou arnaque, avec surtout une publicité mensongère car ce produit n'a rien de GPS pour 49€ !! Impossible de se faire rembourser... A retirer du marché, produit américain en provenance de Lituanie !!

Cannot recommend as was unable to continue with the purchase of 2 without purchasing another 4, then when trying to go to their support nothing connected.
From then inundated with emails I didn't ask for or want. Received order app would not download and in Chinese !! Absolute waste of money and scammed for sure.

Von vorne bis hinten Betrug, das fängt schon beim Bestellvorgang an, den Rest lest ihr in den nachfolgenden Bewertungen. Direkt bei Paypal melden. Paypal bucht dann zurück. Sollte der Schrott im Briefkasten landen und ich kann die Annahme nicht verweigern, dann werde ich den Mist per Einschreiben an die Adresse in Bremen senden. Die Adresse findet Ihr auf Seite 3 der Kommentare. Eine Kontaktaufnahme per Mail ist nicht möglich. Die Mailadresse existiert nämlich nicht. Ich hoffe Jemand erstattet Anzeige.

Scam company and product the website is set up so you end up ordering more than you need. Tried to cancel order within 10 minutes told not possible as already despatched. Sent approx 30 emails asking for refund and return address, they replied offering money off 25%, 50% and 75% discount. Eventually received return address which appeared to be a distributer in Dunstable, but they gave me no paperwork to return. I persisted in getting a refund which I did eventually receive. Tested the product it is not GPS and does not work with Bluetooth. So only worth keeping the batteries and then throwing the tags away. Please avoid at all cost, it appears there is also a fake review page that comes up so beware.

Leider ein Fehlkauf. Die itagpro app kann man zwar downloaden, das feature"add device" laut Installationsanleitung gibt es dort aber nicht. Alle Versuche, das itag mit dem iphone zu koppeln sind gescheitert. Leider rausgeschmissenes Geld.

Absolut Schrott:: Nicht Funktion fähig. Dont Trust this firm. Try to bargin with the refund 20% then 30% then 50%. I sent it back and still did not receive a refund. Just prevarication that they had not received it back. Proof from DHL they had delivered it. Paypal useless. Say the discription fit their tracker. Will cancel my Paypal as they are only interested in sales and not refunds!!!!

If I could give it zero stars I would have. It’s an absolute pile of £45 rubbish. It won’t even pair to my iPhone.
It has got a real cheap appearance and feel and not worth the money. From reading other reviews I now see it only operates over Bluetooth so the range is extremely limited. Don’t bother trying to contact customer services as I don’t think they exist.

Absolute scam. I ordered and cancelled my order within 10 minutes, literally, and the support lied that it's been already packed and prepared for shipping.

I was lured into this via a fake/sponsored review website and on their website there's trustpilot-like fake 5 star reviews.

When I checked other reviews later it turned out it's a totally dysfunctional, low quality product.

I will try to return within 30 days but I think I was just scammed out of 150 euro. Luckily I paid via credit card so will try and reclaim via bank if all else fails.

We now have scammers freely operating within the EU, great stuff.

*edit LOL it's now 20 min since order and i got an email it's been packed an out for delivery. Wow, at 7 am, too, from EU warehouse - what speed!!!!

Itagpro is garbage and scam. Do not fall for it like I did. Got 4 and none of them works with apple or android. Wanted a full refund and all they did was offer me a percentage of what I paid. I ended up with 75 % of my order. Customer service is BS. ASKED FOR HELP AND NO ONE CONTACTED ME. Do fall for this shitty product. They didn’t even wanted the product back. Keep them and will refund you 75 percent of you purchase they said. That right there tells me it’s scam and shitty product. AGAIN DO NOT PURCHASE ITAGPRO.😡😡😡

Ich bin mehr als enttäuscht.

Wie man hier gut nachlesen kann funktioniert der iTag Pro nicht so wie angeboten. Meiner Erfahrung nach kann man bei aktiver Bluetooth Verbindung zum iTag diesen in dem Bereich in dem Bluetooth funktioniert piepen lassen. Ein Tracken auf einer Karte funktioniert nicht (bei mir mit keiner App). Das habe ich versucht (anfangs dachte ich, der Fehler liegt bei mir) mit dem Support zu klären. Mehrfach auch Videos geschickt. Als ich darum gebeten habe mit ein Video zu schicken auf dem ich sehen kann wie es funktioniert (nach ca. 15 Nachrichten hin und her) wurden mir erst 50% und später 75% angeboten. Ich habe erst auf 100% bestanden, das ginge aber nur, wenn ich das Gerät nach China zurückschicke. Dann habe ich 75% akzeptiert. Das Geld wurde zügig zurücküberwiesen. Fazit: Finger weg!!!
