Have had Rhinokey smart cards for a few weeks now, luckily I haven't lost anything, but set up was easy and they seem very accurate and reliable, have bought more as gifts

I bought 4 smartcards and I am very happy. The product arrived quickly. The smartcards were easy to set up and everything is working well. Thank you

I used to use AirTag until I was shown the Rhino Key
Soon I will be upgrading to 5 of them for keeping track of everything I use.

Ich habe vor dem Kauf von rhinokey ausführlich alle anderen Mitbewerber von Smart Cards studiert und deren Rezessionen gelesen. Warum ich mich dennoch für die rhinokey entschieden habe, sind folgende Vorteile. Die Rhinokey-Smartcard ist die dünnste, die ich habe, die mit der längsten Akkudauer von ca. 5 Monate, die besten Rezessionen, die ich von allen Anbietern gelesen und gefunden habe. Ich habe stattdessen 2 Karten, eine für mein Kartenetui und eine für Reisen im Koffer, direkt das Angebot von 4 Karten inkl. kostenloses Ladegerät für 99 Euro Versandkostenfrei gekauft. Auch der Vertrauensbonus, weil die Firma in den Niederlanden ansässig ist. Von dort aus den Niederlanden bei rhinokey bestellt und gekauft, wurde sie mir innerhalb von ca. 1 Woche an meinem Wohnsitz kostenlis nach Spanien geliefert .Nach der Bestellung und Bezahlung habe ich sofort einen zusätzlichen Gutschein erhalten, womit ich mir eine 5. Rhinokey Smartcard bestellt habe und die Differenz zugezahlt habe. Ich habe sie in wenigen Sekunden in meinem Handy installiert und sie funktioniert einwandfrei. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!

Purchased a Smartcard to place in my wallet. Setup was a breeze and functioned as advertised. After a few months, I noticed the card stopped playing the alarm. I wrote Rhinokey about the situation, and they replied quickly with some steps to try to correct the problem. When those steps didn’t solve the issue, they said they would send a new card. Another message appeared that they was was a backlog of orders and they would send my card as soon as possible. I am in the USA, and they shipped my card as promised as soon as possible, and the new card arrived at my door. The company was in contact throughout the process, and the shipper was in contact throughout shipping. Rhinokey stands by their products, and the customer support is second-to-none!!!! Best of all, I now know where my wallet is at all times!

I have found the Rhinokey Smartcard to be an effective product. It was very easy to link to my mobile phone and track. I have used it for holidays to track my luggage. The card is so thin which is perfect for putting in my wallet. I also like the fact it has wireless charging. Has so many options for tracking e.g. in a car, family, personal items etc. Great product and fully recommend.

Well I thought I had followed the instructions precisely to associate my RhinoKey Smart Card with my Android Mobile, but it just refused to pair. Oh no, had I purchased "A Pig in a Poke"? Fear not, I put it to one side and cursed like hell. 10 minutes later I tried again, fully following the instructions and Voilà 45 seconds later I was connected, renamed, inserted in my wallet and dutifully red faced but extremely delighted. It was in fact so easy a 4 year old could have done it. Probably just my aged fingers, pressing too hard or soft... Anyway it's a great device and I'm pleased I bought enough Android and iOS cards to hand out as Christmas presents. I will definitely buy more.

I ordered some Rhinokey Smartcards on 1st November 25 and the website quotes 3-4 days delivery.
I reached out to Rhinokey support on 11th November enquiring when I could expect the cards. The reply advised that they were out of stock of the Apple iOS cards but were expecting a delivery (Why take the order if you cannot fulfill it?).
The order was finally dispatched to the 19th November and Royal Mail attempted delivery on Saturday 22nd November.
Royal Mail posted a card through the door which stated that they will redeliver on Monday 24th November. The cards were never delivered. I have been to my local sorting office twice and they have admitted they do not know where the parcel is.
I reached out again to Rhinokeys support team on Saturday 29th November advising that the cards have not been delivered. They advised that they need Royal Mail to confirm the parcel is missing.
Today is Saturday 6th December and I have reached out yet again to support and they are not prepared to refund or resend the cards until Royal Mail have confirmed that the parcel is lost.
The support team are very polite but ineffective. Avoid this business!

Les smartcard Rhinokey m’ont sécurisé ma voiture,ma moto,ma valise en voyage et mon portefeuille et maintenant je retrouve mes clés dans la maison !

Ordered 1st of November with 3-6 working days estimate. Asked the company about it few days later since it was supposed to be father’s day gift. Got a promise of prioritising and estimate of middle of November. That come and went and I asked again. Another new estimate at the end of November. Told them that if you don’t send it then or latest beginning of December I would cancel it. Couple days ago asked again and was promised an answer of real estimate but nobody replied. Today asked again and they still don’t have it. They are willing to send the cards now and the key ”later”. Mind you the Klarna bill started rolling the day I ordered, not when things are shipped like other companies. Will cancel the whole lot… All the time they have sell the items with couple of weeks delivery time…

The Rhinokey works well so I’ve bought a few for Christmas presents for family this year

Items not arrived as advertised and being fed nonsense by Rhinokey

Rhinokey states next day delivery in The Netherlands, but when I asked several days after the expected delivery date when the ordered and paid items would finally arrive, they told me some of them were out of stock. When I asked to come and collect the other items in Utrecht they eventually told me that those were out of stock as well!

This begins to smell like another scam company, and this time they are located in The Netherlands!!

Easy to use work at once

Received and immediately impressed. So simple to set up and solves my problem of where did I put my wallet ( lounge, bedroom, …?) Activate sound and listen, With Christmas around the corner I ordered several more for the family to use. P.S. The wallet was in the bottom pf a rucksack in the bedroom wardrobe from 3 days earlier. Ive also ordered the key fob version just for peace of mind. Replacing a lot wallet or keys would create a huge amount of administration and stress so the small cost of these devices is worth every penny.
