Betrug, Tracker für beworbene 20,99€ im special discount gekauft, schwups, Bestellbestätigung für 236€! Erhalten, auf Paypal direkt 2 Abbuchungen i.H.v 80&155€ erhalten. Langwieriger Streit, hoffentlich hält der Paypal Kundensercice was er verspricht und ich bekomme mein Geld wieder zurück… noch sieht es schlecht aus.

Achtung Betrug! Ich habe über die Seite: trustedconsumersguide.co zwei Tracker bestellt. Es wird von dieser Seite direkt weitergeleitet auf ...get-itagpro.com. Mittlerweile auch über die Seite ...bestadvisor, von der wiederum auf die Seite buyitagpro.com verlinkt wird. Es handelt sich hierbei um Betrugsseiten, welche keine funktionstüchtige Ware liefern. Die bestellten zwei Geräte für 90,- € haben keine Funktion. Eine App ist ebenfalls nicht verfügbar. Das Gerät nennt sich übrigens smart tag (never lose a thing again)

Leider habe auch ich den Fehler gemacht und die Bewertungen zu spät gelesen. Ich konnte eine Rücksendung nicht durchführen weil einfach so lange nicht auf meine Mails geantwortet wurde bis die Rückgabefrist abgelaufen war.
Also auf keinen Fall dort einkaufen!!!

I am glad I purchased the itagpro using PayPal. I had no problem receiving full refund.
The itagpro that I received is as useful as a chocolate teapot. Fake Fake Fake.

The tag is NOT gps and there is no facility to set up the geofencing.
It is a complete waste of money.

THis company and the item are a joke!! Not working- misleading advertising.. there s no real time GPS tracking. Even BT connections is not working- minus 10 stars

Der iTagpro ist total unbrauchbar, er hat ein Eigenleben und macht was er will, nur nicht tracken. Habe ihn nach der Entnahme der Batterie entsorgt. Das Positive ist, dass ich über Paypal mein Geld gleich zurückbekommen hatte.

Avoid like the plague. 0 stars if that was a thing. Got sucked in by a fake review page and didn't do my research properly. My fault, had a brain fart. I ordered four of these. They arrived in approx 14 days. Packaged nicely, but first impression when i opened them up was very cheap looking considering they were around $50AUD.
Proceeded to find the app, no QR to the app which is poor form. The IOS app was mostly in Chinese and visually unimpressive in todays standards. Tried to connect the first device, nope, nothing. Next........ all four nothing. I quickly google again confirmed my suspicions.... rubbish. I contacted support, they were pretty quick to respond, surprise. There was no attempt made to try and fault find when I asked for a 100% refund. They offered a 25% refund. I said, you do realise they don't work? They then offered a 50% refund, then 75% even when I insisted they would be going directly to the bin. Their reasoning was I wouldn't have to worry about returning the items. I packed them up and sent Express Post for about $17AUD to make sure they got them within a 30 day period from receipt. I thought that's the last I'll hear of this and miraculously I received 100% refund. Moral of the story, don't brain fart buy, do your research and do not buy these!

Diese Tracker können genau gar nichts. Außer innerhalb von 2-3m piepen und diese finden. Da finde ich meine Schlüssel so auch. Nach mehrmaligen Emails hin und her habe ich mich geeinigt diese zu behalten und nur ein Viertel des Verkaufspreises zu bezahlen, bzw. bekam innerhalb 4 Tagen dieses Geld über PayPal zurück. Rücksendekosten und Aufwand gespart für zwei CR 2032 Batterien. Produkt wertlos.

Grosse arnaque un des traceurs est cassé et l autre ne fonctionne pas
En plus c est en Bluetooth et pas un GPS
Impossible de me faire rembourser car j ai acheté sur leur site ils me proposent un remboursement de 25% du prix total (90e j en ai acheté2)si je garde les trackeurs qui ne fonctionnent pas

Die Rücksendung mit Geld zurück Garantie sind starke Nerven und Durchhaltevermögen angesagt. Man bekommt Angebote, erst 25% dann 50% und 75% bevor man die Lieferadresse erhält. Also Finger weg!

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered. I tried to cancel the order within 1 minute of ordering because it wouldn't arrive before I left for my trip and was told it couldn't be cancelled. Obviously now I'm going through the crap of trying to get a refund. I have no idea if the product works, not even going to waste my time trying as I got some other tags from Amazon the next day and they were great.

I tried to buy 6 devices. Pay Pal blocked payment with assistance of bank. Contacted bank who told me the payment was pending BUT there was a recurring subscription made by company. Coy is located in Lithuania. Only way to permanently block coy was to cancel credit card & payments. Big hassle but fortunately my bank was alert to this scam coy.

Auch ich bin leider auf diese Betrugsmasche reingefallen. Zu spät hatte ich diese Bewertungen gelesen. Ich habe mein Geld, dank der vielen Drohmails und Paypal, wieder zurückbekommen. Ich habe auch direkt Anzeige erstattet. Vermutlich vergebene Liebesmüh, aber einfach so hinnehmen möchte ich es auch nicht, dass mir 2x Geld abgebucht wurde, obwohl ich beim 2. Mal definitiv auf keinen "Kaufen-Button" geklickt habe.
Bleibt dran. Es lohnt sich!!!

It doesn't work at all like they claim. This video is a fake designed to “steal” your money. Don't order it under any circumstances. I ordered 12 pieces for free. It's a fake.

This company is a joke and a scam - completely useless piece of plastic that only works in Chinese. A complete rip off. Avoid at all costs.

Die Tracker sind absoluter Schrott, funktionieren nicht und die App auf der Verpackung existiert auch nicht. Seit gestern warte ich auf Antwort, wohin ich die Rücksendung schicken soll aber darauf wird gar nicht erst eingegangen, nein stattdessen wird gefragt ob man 25%, 50% oder 75% Preisnachlass haben möchte...gehts noch? Für defekte Ware? Es wird mit 30- Tage- Geld Zurück Garantie beworben. Also kommen Sie dem auch gefälligst nach. Verbraucherzentrale und Anwalt wird ebenfalls eingeschaltet! Es reicht.
