So if by chance you get stuck needing customer service with jk distro, you might as well beat you face against a brick wall. They are pretty clueless to start. It's typically one of 2 woman. Nice woman, just not much help. 1. I had one of them give me a discount on some products to see the next day that it was on hold. Not on hold because it was out or short supply. It was on hold because her boss told her she couldn't do it. I done payed almost 1k. She processed it and even got a tracking . After 4 days I finally get them to answer the phone to let me know all of what is going on. Pretty ridiculous situation. I eventually had to picked other products because it didn't appear I would get a refund. 2. Even with the last situation I attempted to buy more items. I bought 12 2g disposables. Only 4 were as advertised. Several were half or less than half full. Couple leaked out in the packaging. And a few don't even turn on. They are junk and from reading other reviews many others also had the same problems. I have been attempting to get a refund for going on 2 weeks. It's a god damn run around again. Still no refund or exchange for my money back. This place needs a major overhaul. I will never in my life order from this super shady company again. FYI I still haven't received a refund and never will also I'm not looking for your damn justification response with sounding like you genuinely care. Miss me with that

Review: shady business practice



Review:
Placed an order (#465941) with JK Distro on Aug 12. They marked it as “shipped,” but USPS confirmed the package was never scanned or received. Tracking has been stuck on “Shipment Received, Acceptance Pending” since day one — no movement at all.

When I reached out, the merchant refused to reship or directly refund me. Instead, they pushed me to file a claim with Route insurance. Route did their job and refunded me right away through Venmo (literally processed in a day). Shoutout to them for being professional and fast.

But here’s where the shady loop starts: because the refund came through Route and not directly from the merchant, Sezzle (my payment plan provider) still acted like I owed installments for a package I never received. I had to go back and forth with Sezzle support, providing screenshots, USPS confirmations, and Route payout proof just to get them to pause payments. That’s not something customers should have to fight this hard for when the facts are crystal clear.

Bottom line:
•Merchant marks packages shipped that USPS never scans.
•Forces customers into Route insurance instead of taking responsibility.
•Leaves customers tangled with Sezzle over payments for something that was never delivered.

This entire experience was exhausting and shady. If I hadn’t documented everything and fought it, I’d be out money for nothing. Route came through JK Distro did not. Be warned: if you order here, you’re taking a gamble, and you’ll likely get stuck in the same loop.

Thanks for your feedback and we apologize for the not so pleasant experience. Please note that all statuses on orders are updated by USPS and not by JK. Once the order ships, they take over and update the tracking, and also take responsibility for all packages handed over to them. Do visit their site and see what the status : "Shipment Received, Acceptance Pending" means.
We cannot as JK process a refund for a package that we do not have, hence route kicked in and assisted with everything. At least you saw the importance of taking route insurance.
But all in all we apologize for the experience and glad that you did receive your refund at the end of the day

A friend of a friend connected me with jkdistro.com and I have subsequently passed along the love. I have had three separate orders that have come before they're scheduled arrival, the packaging is always neat, concise, & vacuum sealed. My experience with this company has been awesome and the best ever had from any company off the internet...they ship everything very quickly aswell as the packaging is very great also the customer service is Grade A-plus.Also the Stoner(BOT) YOU speak with before and live representative is very very helpful and also Stoner will definitely answer any questions you may have unless it requires a live real person....and i can't forget the great awesome low prices they have including the great and very high quality Flowersbl they have and they have a great selection of strains available...I really recommend this company to individuals and also a big recommendation to. Worse vendor ever.

This company will prompt you to order, you will be excited about your order, waiting 3 days for them to email you asking you to submit legal photo id and you bank statement relating to the order. Major red alert and invasion of privacy. Never had this problem with Backwoodz, lit farms or any other vendor.

Once you decline and ask for your refund via live chat, They will take take hours, even days to respond finally telling you that your refund has been processed.

Worst customer service, worst experience.

Do yourself a favour and save your money whilst ordering from this sketchy company.
