Nous travaillons avec MarketLeap depuis septembre 2024 pour la gestion complète de notre compte Amazon, et l’expérience est très convaincante. Leur expertise pointue sur Amazon se traduit par une prise en charge rigoureuse de l’optimisation des fiches produits, des campagnes publicitaires (Amazon Ads), ainsi que des cas et litiges.

Leur force réside dans la structuration de leurs équipes selon les compétences (SEO, publicité, logistique…), les échanges réguliers (hebdomadaires puis bimensuels), et la qualité de leur accompagnement multilingue, très utile pour une marque qui ne maitrise pas forcément l'anglais et qui souhaite un développe hors UE ( UK et US). L'accès web au tableau de bord mis à jour quotidiennement permet un suivi clair et précis des ventes, inventaires et performances par pays.

Bien que ce service ait un coût ( en fonction du C.A), il représente un réel soulagement dans la gestion opérationnelle au quotidien. Je recommande MarketLeap à toute marque souhaitant se développer efficacement sur les MP de Amazon ou au-delà (eBay, Walmart, Otto…).
