That is my second time I buying car from Cinch. The customer service service is amazing. I have been looked by Mia. She has a great communication skills and it is a very helpful and patient person. After few mistakes and changing my mind I finally bought correct car for me and Mia has taking me few times through a process. Being so understanding with me and my fuss, she made the process go smoothly and less stressful for me. No I waiting for next week and going to collect my new car. Thank you Mia and rest of the team for your help.

The process of buying the car was really simple and information about the car was easy to find. I liked getting alerts for the cars I might be interested in buying. My only criticism is that I requested a delivery slot between 8am and 1pm and the car wasn't delivered until 2.30pm. I wasn't informed about the delay until 1pm which was irritating.

i was meant to receive a car 6th of december it is now the 9th, the car had to be taken back to a garage on the day of delivery because a break failure popped up on the dash, after receiving photos of the break pads and discs myself i was completely shocked to see the state of them and as of right now i’m paying for a car that i have not got !

Avoid this company at all costs - I have now been without my car for 6 days, no one cares. I purchased a Land Rover Discovery on 27th September, it pretty much immediately had a coolant and airbag fault, although the service to get someone out to review was initially good, everything afterwards has been painful. The garage have now said the Head Gasket has gone or it could need a new engine, the car is not fit for purpose and the service to rectify it is slow and un caring. I still do not have a car, a hire car or any sign of the next steps. I will be taking steps including court to get my money back. Things go wrong, however the service I have received since the beginning of November has been shocking. I am sure I will get the standard response to this message - please don't take the risk with this company and walk away.

The collection of the car was a pleasant and smooth experience.
However, when we got the car home we noticed the a front wheel arch liner was missing and the brakes were worn quiet a lot and so were the tyres.
We contacted Cinch regarding this and they did fix the issues for us in around 3 weeks. I do recommend them as they fixed the car, but do check the car on collection or on your test drive.

Long story short:
I bought a car from Cinch and paid extra for the Assurant extended warranty. Within the first week or two, I noticed the rear wiper wasn’t pushing washer fluid through too powerful. The front was fine, the back was pathetic, but still slowly worked.
It gradually got worse until it stopped altogether. I raised it under the warranty, only to be told by Assurant that because the issue clearly existed at the point of sale, Cinch should deal with it.
I was passed between the two, then gave up and retried.
Cinch basically shrugged and redirected me back, claiming that because I didn’t report it within the first 90 days, they wouldn’t do anything. Convenient.
Warranty won’t help, Cinch won’t help, and apparently selling a car with a fault that wasn’t listed on their so-called “imperfections” checklist isn’t their problem if not reported in the 90 days, vice versa for the insurance company.
The washer pipe seems to be leaking underneath the car, which is exactly why the fluid never made it to the rear wiper. It now leaks inside the car too. A slow-burn fault they’ve happily ignored.
Avoid - Use another company, like Motors.
Customer service and after-sales support are absolutely useless. As are Assurant insurance.
I would have bought my next car from them. After this - Not a chance.

James Wallace was my cinch advisor and he was really helpful, he sat and explained everything to me about the car went through all the buttons and everything. He also sent a courtesy text at the end of the evening to see if I had any questions I may have forgotten whilst he was with me!

Car broke down after two weeks, when reported I was told they would look into getting it repaired asap and call me back but i didn't hear anything so I called back later that day and was put on hold and then call was disconnected without anyone attempting to call me back.
