On 25 Nov I bought online a sofabed that was supposed to be delivered 5-6 working days. I called today to check when they were going to delivery it, they claimed not having received my money, but I sent them the proof of payment and double checked with my bank that the payment has been successfully processed. I sent and email and called again, but NO answer so far. I am really afraid of them being a big SCAM! Horrible custumer service.

We ordered a bed more then a month ago and finally once it was ready for the shipment they managed to send it to a wrong address and not even in the country we live. I have been spending last 2 weeks sending emails, phone calls without any answer - they are not even picking up phones. They did pick up my first call though and confirmed they gave the new address info but this must be a lie as I never saw my address on the delivery link. I wonder if they still exist and if we will ever receive our bed. This is the worst experience ever. We thought they sell quality furniture at competitive prices but we didnt calculate the cost of losing our mental health over simply getting our delivery address corrected. If you are smart, stay away from this company.

AWFUL company!! DO NOT order from here!! We ordered a couch and when we received it the couch was damaged: one of the legs missing, tears inside and on the side of the couch. We emailed the company several times and didn't get a reply for weeks. When they did answer they expected us to send the couch back yet pay for the new packaging and shipping. The worst customer service. This company should go out of business because they shipped us a damage product then refused to resolve the issue.

Do not trust! Terrible service! Sent us a ripped couch and did not do anything about it. They will scam you out of money. The product is cheap and it came damaged. Do not buy here!

We received two left-side bed bases and waited over a month for a replacement. When the replacement finally arrived, we hoped the ordeal was over. However, we received a completely different model only and now we have mismatched parts and no resolution. Customer service has been unhelpful, and we’re still waiting to hear back from a manager. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. At this point, I’m just exhausted and losing trust. I want to believe they can make things right. If they do, I’ll gladly update this review. But for now, I can only express deep disappointment in the lack of professionalism and care.

I purchased a box spring from which the off gassing smell/dust still coming after 2 months. Customer service was not reachable for the first week. Second week I was offered a solution to which I agreed if It doesn’t work I would like to return the product. After 2 weeks of trying the solution requested a return and the received a response that no return was registered in the first 14 days.

Quick/transparent communication ! Fast delivery & montage

Super quick service and delivery guy willing to help as much as possible. Our couch arrived in three big boxes and assembling it has been smooth thanks to easy instructions. Its colour looks great in our living room and sitting/laying results incredibly comfortable and cozy.

Delivery and installation was paid for.
Bed was delivered a street away because of road closures due to the NATO conference.
I had to carry the bed all the way from the street through two flights of staircases and install myself.
When I asked for a refund of my installation fees they bluntly refused.
Very disappointed with the customer service!
I would recommend you buy your next bed where there is better customer service.

Unacceptable service – avoid this company
Bought a sofa bed from Bedden Briljant in Jan 2024. It broke in Feb 2025 — still under warranty. They promised a replacement by March/April, but now it’s the end of May and still nothing. Last email was on May 26, since then: silence. Now they claim they can't help me at all. This is unacceptable. Zero reliability, zero accountability. Stay away.

Very quick delivery, sofa is very comfortable and exactly the same as on webside. I am 100% satisfied with the purchase.

I bought the crème color Karlo Sofa, and the beige Bloss Boxspring, both with delivery + assembly. The sofa is simply perfect, beautiful and comfortable. The box spring is well made and sturdy, but the color is darker than in the picture.
The delivery has been really fast as promised since all the items were immediately available. The communication has also been excellent, both before and after making the order. I don't speak Dutch, so I used mostly emails, but they also talked in English on the phone.
I had an issue with the topper, but they quickly arranged the pick up and replacement a few days later.
Overall I had a very positive experience, and I would definitely buy from them again.
