Do not recommend!
My experience with Northdeco includes lost package, delayed delivery, the item came with signs of usage. Return of it requires extensive exchange of different photos and numbers of reminders. After all this you get the suggestion to live with the huge box at your place and wait at home when the assigned company will pick it up, with no clarity when it may happen.
I got a very nice table, as I exspected it.
It arrived safely und promptly

The Delivery is stuck and seems lost. I cant tell where it is at the moment and this is the status for two weeks already
2 pieces were missing from one of the chairs and I am still waiting for the missing pieces… also, the area under the cushion came with some mold stains

The description on the homepage didn’t say anything about the weight of the table - instead it said that only 1 person is needed to install it. No option for the delivery to choose any upgrade and so the table ended up in front of my door (87kilo heavy) and I had to take care to get it to the second floor. Would have been nice to know this upfront.

Excellent service! My chair was after 8 months damaged with a quality issue. I send a email to the customer service and they immediately respond and send me the day after a new chair! I really recommend Northdeco to anyone

Very frustrating experience overall.
The chair first arrived with a missing nut, making it impossible to assemble. The box was damaged and torn. Customer service sent a replacement seat, but it had the exact same problem. It took over a month and several messages before I finally received the correct piece in good condition and could assemble the chair.
For a product that cost over €100 including shipping, this whole process was way too long and inconvenient.
Dinner table was exactly like the photo! Good quality. Quickly delivered within a week to the Netherlands.

Unfortunately one of the chairs ordered was missing and I still haven't received a solution.
Terrible. Received a damaged product. Design desk chair, with a wooden part that clearly received a hightech. After contacting them they only wanted to give a 10% discount because “I could still sit in it”. Amazing how a design store does not care about their products or customer.
UPDATE: Still not received any reimbursement. My request to also reimburse the shipping costs (failed to deliver it safely while expensive) was ignored.
The chair was easy to assemble, it looks great just like it did online, and it’s very comfortable! Super happy with this purchase

I purchased an office chair (Jackson Low Back) for €250 (including shipping cost).
The item has rust on the chrome backrest, an abrasion on the faux leather and rust on the base of the chair (but this one is not visible).
I was very disappointed with the overall quality of the item, so I contacted the Customer Service in order to return the chair.
They informed me that, since the chair had been assembled (even if partially), it could not be returned.
I'd like to point out that the package was arrived intact with all the packaging material, so these are quality issues.
Nothing to say: rust on a €250 chair is unacceptable.
They refuse the return of the item.
After 8 days they offer me a refound of 10%: this mean less then 25€.

I received the table after a wait of 1.5 months and got an incorrect one. All pictures online show a luxury top with facet cut edges, which is in reality not the case (just a flat top). In the meantime, customer service confirmed that a wrong product had been sold. Then, after having used the table for nearly two weeks, the glass bottom of the table suddenly exploded (guess low quality glass), which is highly dangerous if one would sit at the table at that moment. I immediately contacted the customer service again and have not heard back from them since a week. Horrible and dangerous product
