Novamane did not deliver my order instead marked it undeliverable due to wrong address which was incorrect. The address was right and the pin on the map the tracking showed was also correct. Now they want me to pay for shipping to resend my order. Why would I the customer pay for their shipping companies error? I find this to be very odd and sketchy.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam. Uses AI picture for before and after, product does nothing. It’s not even ghk cu. Novamane have since replies with utter lies. They are using FACTUALLY AI pictures. Making claims hair growth of 12 inches (visually) in 6 months. This is absolutely impossible, protein synthesis is not this fast. You will not LIE your way out of it instead of addressing the FACTS.

Had enough of these scammy companies now. Will spend the next week dedicated to ruining this trash companies reputation now.
I received this product a week ago so cannot comment on its effectiveness. However, having paid out £140 for “4 months supply” I can confidently confirm that this company is a scam.
They’ve sent me 2-3ml vials instead of the labelled 5ml vials. When I complained that this wasn’t going to last me 4 months, they sent a cheeky automated email stating that they’d changed their formulae and now a single dose was 0.5ml instead of the stated 1ml. When I pointed out that 0.5ml wasn’t going to cover my balding hair area they continued to send me the same automated emails.
There is no company here, it’s another snake oil company ripping off desperate people. I am sick to death of it.
Please avoid this company. And if and when you do buy into this nonsense, make sure you leave a negative review and spam their socials so these companies can fizzle and die.

Quite possibly a scam but will update in future if I'm wrong.
When I received the product I was surprised at how little solution was in the Vials, I followed the instructions and applied only the amount they said. So I was surprised when half the bottle had gone. The website, the packaging and the downloaded guide all state 5ml per bottle and 1ml applied in each session. So when I measured out a bottle it confirmed that only 2ml was in each vial. I reached out to Novamanes customer service and they told me that I'd received their 2.0 concentrated version instead of the 1.0 version and only need half the amount lol. Sounds like a joke right? They told me to only apply 0.5ml per session. So when I pointed out that I'm only getting half the coverage, and that all directions state I should apply 1ml, nowhere mentions a special 2.0 version being available, I get radio silence. I even pointed out that this sounds very much like a scam, and guess what, no response. I might as well use the stuff but I'm not holding out much hope of it working.

To clarify, you did receive the correct product. We recently updated the formula to a more concentrated version, which is why the vials contain 2.5ml instead of 5 ml. The dosage is also adjusted: 0.5 ml of the concentrated formula delivers the same strength and coverage as 1 ml of the previous version. The updated instructions are already being rolled out, but it’s clear we could have communicated this transition better, and I apologize for that.
You should not be getting “half the coverage.” The concentration is higher, so the smaller amount is intentional and provides the same effect per session. However, you’re right that the packaging and guide should match this version — thank you for pointing it out.
As for the silence you mentioned, that’s not the experience we want anyone to have. If your message slipped through or was missed, that’s on us, and we’re happy to assist you now.

DO NOT order from this company. They are more than likely some kind of shell company scamming people. Orders are taken and foreign tracking numbers provided (products apparently originate from China), but the company will not actually send you anything nor provide domestic shipping information. You will also be told “4-6 day USPS shipping” at checkout which is a lie.
** Response to Novamane: I have reached out to your customer service team at least four times….no details have been provided. Your team isn’t “here to help” in any substantive manner. Again, it appears this company is fraudulent.
