On September 24 I placed an order for four pairs of shorts. While the package was in transit, I realized I had given the wrong size. I sent an email to Customer service telling them of the mistake. I received an email back on October 5, informing me that they were Correcting the situation and shipping me a whole new order with the correct size at no charge. They also told me that I could keep the other order or gift them to someone else. Very happy with how they handle this.

I’ve explored four different incontinence boxer companies. I found my home with OTCIPA. The boxers are comfortable, provide excellent leak protection, and you can’t tell you’re wearing them at all. I will continue to order them, and will be a lifer for this exceptional product. Thank you, OCTIPA.

My initial order was sent promptly. The problem was, the item was the completely wrong size. I ordered 3XL but was sent 3sm.
Amazingly enough when I contacted Octipa they were prompt and efficient on resending the correct product. Doing so with kindness and grace seldom found with many companies.

I purchased these after a full afternoon of research. After trying several incontinence pants for my elderly brother with a lge lympodema I thought I had finally found something that would work. They arrived and I looked at them and could tell they would not fit. Sent an email and did get a reply quickly asking for my order number. Jade said "if you can't find it no problem we will work it out together" after more emails from myself and my daughter.... nothing!! £50 is a lot of money and on principal I am taking it further. Too many people let these companies win. I'm sick of it. Do not order from this company unless you're prepared to stand up to them.

Absorbent pad in their briefs are too low. Underwear become wet because of this. The absorbent pad should go all the way up to the waistband and become wider near the waistband.

I ordered two pairs of waterproof trunks for my husband which arrived fairly promptly.
The waist on the trunks fit well but the legs are extremely baggy.
I have sent two emails asking if I can exchange the trunks for "y" fronts but have not received a reply.
Very disappointed as we had high hopes these would help my husband who suffers from Parkinsons Disease Diane

Ordered 3 pairs of boxers and they leak. Have emailed customer services 3 times now for support and finally to return these items and had no reply. Customer services it seems have stopped working and replying to emails, very disappointed. This product that does not do as it stated and cost me money I can hardly afford.
