À SCAMPI for men

how to turn a very good achievement for women into a hassle for men: the man's sex is not fixed, so there should be a protective surface in the briefs that goes up almost to the waistband. The leaks soak into the fabric and the smell quickly becomes noticeable: the horrible perception that we absolutely want to avoid! In other words: does not provide the expected service, increases the discomfort that it claims to avoid! Persisting in presenting it as Octipa does becomes a scam for ... men.

A promise delivered

Reading the Instagram reviews I thought I’d try the briefs myself so sent in a small order. As promised they were impressive, comfortable and functional. So I made a second order half of which included the next larger size. The larger size was a better fit so I made a third order all of which was the next larger size. Reading that a pair-for-pair exchange was offered if a better fitting size was wanted I wrote and asked about that and was told that Octipa honored that promise, which they did. I’ve been very pleased with the briefs and the fast and friendly response to my orders and requests. At 79 years old the briefs go a long way to keeping my life close to “normal”. 🙂🙂

Not happy with this company

Not happy with this company . Outer parcel opened to see items, did not want them but cannot get a refund . A exchange is not required . No address to return for a refund of purchase. Will never use again . Tried to contact but found this useless will never use again !!!!

Ordered 3 boxer short pants and they leak ! Have emailed customer services which states open monday to Sunday 8am to 6pm still awaiting a reply despite 3 emails sent . Poor customer services and now left with a product that does not do as it stated. Nearly £70 cost to me down the drain.

Save your money. They don’t work!

I purchased 2 pairs of the boxer style ultra absorbent. On a recent car trip I was not near a restroom and really had to go. I thought I could let a small amount of urine go since I was wearing the briefs. But I was sadly mistaken! The underwear got wet and my pants were wet too. I had to drive quite a bit further before I could find a spot to take them off; fortunately I had other clothing to change into. VERY disappointed! They are quite expensive and don’t seem to work as advertised. Save your money and buy the disposable ones. If I had been in public I would have been mortified.

Now that is GREAT service!

I had no trouble placing the original order and recieved it in good time. However I odered the wrong size. I contacted OCTIPA and changed the order. and told to return the first order and the new order will be sent. In a later communication OPTIPA told me not to send the first oder back to them but to donate it an organization of charity and they would send me the new order. Now, that is great service.

No noticeable difference

At first the product i received was way too small. It was promised that my correct size will be shipped to me within 6 working days. Only time will tell. I haven't tried the briefs that were delivered but the quality seems decent and will probably served it's purpose. Looking at the Octipa underwear, there's hardly a noticeable difference between these and regular underwear. Response and service were admirable.

Fantastic customer service & product quality

Fantastic customer service,when I ordered the wrong size boxer shorts all it took was a quick email and replacements in the correct size were on the way. Thinking these were still slightly small as I struggled to pull them up fully I realised it was because I had them on back to front, as soon as I corrected this the issue was solved. Much more comfortable than wearing boxers and separate pads. I haven’t had any flows yet so absorbency hasn’t been tested but based on my experience so far I am confident this will be more than acceptable

Very comfortable
