The entire process has been very simple…
The entire process has been very simple for getting our equipment. The pick-up was close by, easy and very fast.
The only issue I've had is in trying to confirm my appointment. I get links to do it but can never get the confirmation code in order to set up a passcode. I've tried multiple times.
Other than that, everything has been extremely easy and it's been a pleasure to work with your company.
No show up after delivery date confirmed.
I received the question if I am home on what day and good choose from different options / dates. Picking my date… adding my mobile phone number …..waiting the whole day, and no sign no call from chronopost…very frustrating hence a low score.

Expérience honteuse mais malheureusement habituelle avec Cronopost. Comme d’habitude, le livreur ne se présente même pas à la porte. Ils vous indiquent simplement une plage horaire de livraison, vous attendez, et personne ne vient. Le 14 août 2025 à Nice, je suis resté exprès sous chez moi pour voir s’il allait au moins essayer… et rien. Ensuite, je reçois un message affirmant “comme convenu avec votre livreur” que le colis est disponible en point relais. Mais il n’y a jamais eu de conversation, ni même de tentative de livraison. C’est un vrai scandale : les gens bloquent leur journée pour attendre, et eux ne font même pas l’effort de passer.

Shameful but sadly common experience with Cronopost. As usual, the delivery driver doesn’t even come to the door. They just give you a delivery time slot, you wait, and no one shows up. On August 14th, 2025 in Nice, I stayed downstairs on purpose to see if he would at least try… and nothing. Then I get a message saying “as agreed with your driver” the parcel is available at the pickup point. But there was no conversation and no delivery attempt at all. It’s a real disgrace: people waste their time waiting at home, and they don’t even bother to come.

I would never recommend chronopost here is why:
their transporter had my number, never called me so that i can open the door and get my delivery and then left my package of 24 kilos of chairs in a pickup location far 650 meters from my house so i had to go pick them up myself on my back.
I wish your delivery guy a journey in his career like the one he gave me.
fake excuse and bad services
They dont delivered at time because of fake reason of absence (the site is open 24h/24). We spend time to take in agence and they don't want to refund. It's the last time for us.
False charges
A 6 box consignment from UK to France. Booked on 30/7/25. As is usual I received a payment demand for admin for handling customs on my behalf. Paid immediately. Received 3 boxes. Received another demand for payment (or your parcels will be returned to sender). Paid it because I need the goods. Received one more box. Received two more payment demands, along with the same threat. Paid them. No deliveries since. All invoices received are for payment to Chronopost, NOT to customs or tax office. I have an account with customs because I frequently import from the UK, so their assertion that this is justified is nonsense.

Bought something through Vinted, the package was supposed to arrive on the 17th of July (I ordered it the week before) and until today (10th of August) nothing has arrived yet. Their website doesn’t help me figure out why it hasn’t arrived, I tried to use their bot but doesn’t understand English yet, if I try to call them on the customer line, they refuse to make an effort to understand me since I don’t speak French.
Do not recommend at all.
Indifferent, Rude, Inefficient
Chronopost’s customer service has been nothing short of disgraceful. The telephone staff I dealt with were astonishingly rude, offering no real assistance and displaying an utter disregard for basic courtesy. After several days of wasted time attempting to arrange a parcel collection, they have now, in their wisdom, decided to return my package all the way to Hong Kong. This astonishing display of inefficiency and indifference shows a total absence of common sense, professionalism, or care for their customers.

Insolent delivery driver. He decides who should receive packages or not and not the actual recipient. This is not the 1st time that I have encountered this kind of obnoxious behavior from these drivers. They should be careful accusing customers.
Two failed international shipments – unacceptable service
I shipped two parcels from Japan to France using Chronopost:
• EN386581949JP
• EN393571377JP
Each shipment cost me 3,650 yen (approximately €23).
In both cases, the recipient received no notification (no email or SMS), and the parcels were returned to Japan without any proper delivery attempt. The tracking claimed “recipient absent” or “returned at sender’s request” — which is completely untrue.
Customer service merely repeated the tracking info, with no solution or real assistance.
The recipient also called Chronopost but got nowhere. No support, no clear communication.
Two shipments, same problem. I am extremely disappointed and strongly advise against using Chronopost for international shipping.
A complete loss of time, money, and trust.
🔁 Update:
Chronopost returned the package to Japan before the official holding deadline, without making real efforts to contact the recipient—despite having the phone number and email address.
I honestly believe I deserve a refund, not only for this shipment but also for the previous one that was similarly mishandled.
This was a heartfelt gift, deeply anticipated by both the sender and the receiver.
After the first return, I assumed it was a mistake and took every possible precaution when sending it again.
But it was returned once more.
Now, more than anger, I feel sadness—for having trusted this company again, and being let down again.
I paid customs for my package…
I paid customs for my package (EV062873856CN) on July 19, and since then Chronopost Maroc has done nothing but lie and delay. No delivery, no updates.
I called multiple times — one agent said it was “out for delivery”, another claimed it was “still in customs” — all on the same day. When I asked for a written reply, I was ignored. One agent even kept me on hold for 7 minutes, then hung up without a word.
I emailed again on August 4, gave them 48 hours, and still no reply. I escalated the issue to Khidmat Almostahlik and filed a formal complaint.
Unprofessional, dishonest, and completely careless. Avoid this company at all costs.
Expedited delivery still not delivered. The WORST customer service.
Paid 65 Euro for 3-day delivery from Paris France to Philadelphia US on 28 July 2025. It is now one week later and package has still not been delivered. Two attempts were made last week on Thursday and Friday, but "the office was closed." Why would you go back a second time to the same place at the same time and expect it to be open? VERY frustrated. I do not have FB or Twitter, so cannot communicate with customer service at all.
After packages not delivered
After several packages were not delivered by Chronopost, a new shipment was offered for delivery today.
Having learned my lesson, I emailed the delivery driver, stating, "If this package is not delivered to your home either, I will file another complaint online, and the sender will be informed."
This helped, because at 1:15 PM, a Chronopost van showed up and delivered the package. I also asked the driver where the other two undelivered packages were. He replied that they were at a collection point.
Because the driver knew which packages I meant, this clearly demonstrates that the driver is too lazy to properly deliver and drop off packages, but finds it easier to dump them at a collection point. Quickly done, no hassle, and back home quickly,
he must have thought.
Two packages are still missing, and the sender has since been informed. It was also explained that it is impossible for me (without transportation) to collect parcels from a distant collection point.

The delivery person did not read the instructions on my letter box , I live in à zone with no téléphone reception…marked…i instructed deliveries to knock on the door. He telephoned me ,which I can not receive. And left.
The dépôt he deposited my parcel in is in a village a few kilometres away from my house. When I finally got someone to take me there, it was closed and had been for most of the day. So not a good experience, maybe you should employ people who read notices put on letter boxes….very dissapointed
