I ordered a calendar as a Christmas present from the fnac. Two important factors: It has to arrive for Christmas, plus a calendar starts on January 1st. Up until today, order tracking said delivery on 5th December. As it didn't come yesterday, I checked the tracking again, and today it read 13th January! Obviously everything is wrong with that. Especially as there was no e-mail apologizing for this failure ... I only found out by searching myself. After 15 minutes on hold to their customer services, still no explanation or apology from the woman I eventually spoke to. She had access to NO information ... only a computer screen which told her that the order was flagged as a "pre-order" and that my payment had not been processed. This was all news to me! My notifications were that my order had been registered and my transaction approved. The date of shipment was 25th November. I placed the order on 17th Novemeber. On the 6th December a disinterested woman informed me it would arrive on January 13th. I used the fnac, trying to support French companies, rather than going straight to Amazon. Sadly ... NEVER again!]

Ordered and paid 2 MacBooks, decent offer with gift card. They cancelled both after 5-6 hours after the deal has expired by saying not available at the selected store but you can get from our warehouse if you ask for home delivery!! How this is my problem?
- they were in stock when I ordered
- I got to choose between store pick up or home delivery but not mention that if it was not available in store my order would got cancelled
- you should be the one trying to resolve it by getting items from your warehouse and informing me whether or not I can wait a couple of days or cancel my orders
- such a low behaviour from Fnac!! Why advertising deals if you are going to cancel unilaterally orders when suits you!!!

I bought an Apple Watch advertised as GPS + Cellular. However, when I was on the airplane, I checked and realized I had only received the GPS model. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, but no one has been able to help me. It’s really disappointing that such a big store doesn’t have someone who can provide decent customer service. I’m disappointed because the advertisement was clear, yet the product delivered was not as advertised. Truly a shame.

Received an email from FNAC stating I would get a full refund after DHL returned my Order.
I thought it was a scam but they were actually holding my package for a $20 additional payment.
Excessive for a $16 item I thought so I wanted nothing to do with it, I've been scammed before but not like this.
With Import Tariffs the way they are I have NO IDEA what will happen anymore so I'm not placing any more foreign orders.
DONE WITH FNAC, too risky.

This company is a scam. On April 3, 2025, they trained me to work raising product ratings. They tricked me into depositing $20,000 with the system's algorithms. To date, I haven't been able to withdraw anything because they keep demanding I send them more money, supposedly to verify my account. Don't even think about working with them.
Unfair practice / unlucky customer!?
Purchased online on 13 July with standard delivery (2-3 days), there is also no tracking information available in FNAC App - today it's 8 August and I have still not received my purchased item not a solution from Customer service, they send me in circles while I am entertained by a online bot! Daylight robbery, I still don't know if I am getting my item or if it's lost and receiving a refund !? Marketplace / seller will also not send me proof of the delivery ? Bottom line it's exhausting as the customer to have to find my own purchase. Never again! Unfair practice / unlucky customer!
Absolutely awful ticket purchasing experience
Absolutely awful. Purchased two tickets for a local performance then told we need to drive 150 km to pick up the tickets. One of us is disabled.
We ring the helpline who tell us there is nothing we can do. You have lost your money... Of course there is something you can do. Email the tickets, issue a refund! Why are the tickets not emailed automatically. Who has printed tickets anymore?
