Andrada(AG5) followed up on a break down recovery I had had the previous month. She offered me the VIP upgrade, which was very advantageous, as I do long journeys in an older car. She was polite and concise, when explaining everything to me, which left me in no doubt it was the right package for me.

I spent just under an hour with web…
I spent just under an hour with web chat contact. My platinum renewal insurance quote was far too expensive, I completed the online questionnaire which showed I had been given a much lower quote. The txt conversation took forever and I kept getting platinum only option. I was not happy with speed or final quote so I cancelled my renewal.
Short wait time for Live call agent
I didn't have to wait as long as predicted for a live call agent and when connected the inquiry i had was dealt with effectively and in a timely manner.

Good experience of customer contact centre
I received my renewal quote and rang their customer services to see if they could match a price comparison quote I received. After various checks they confirmed a price that was competitive (nearly £60 cheaper than the initial renewal quote) . Good to speak to a UK call centre rep who had a good knowledge of the market and could respond with better terms.
