Order on wednesday.

On friday I recieve a text and an e-mail that it will be delivered that night between 18-22:

Great! I take off work

at 19:30 I receive a new e-mail saying it cant be delivered. And that it will be delivered the next weekday (monday).

On monday I recieve a e-mail from the deliveryfirm saying that the reason that they cant deliver it is due to the parcel being to large.

On monday evening I recieve part of the order (on another parcel). So the delivery firm was actually here, they just didnt deliver the full order.

I cant really use the monitor without an actual computer.

Clearly this is an issue between the delivery-service and proshop, but my business is with proshop so they are the ones who should be sorting this out.

Now they are telling the delivery service to deliver the computer back to proshop, so that they can usje another deliveryservice to get it back out to me. forcing me to wait, for noone knows how long.

I offer to drive and get the computer myself, wherever it might be, but there is no working communication between the delivery company and Proshop so they cant help me out.

Now I have no idea where my order is, and proshop is reffering to the delivery company and cant give me any sort of update.

Ive never experienced such a post-sale customer service so non interested in solving problems.

I ordered this Lego Back to the Future on line, I am always a little sceptical using my bank card for such a large amount. However I ordered it one day and received a message that it would be delivered to a post box in my area the next day! And it was! I was delighted and I know my son will be. Though he is 47 years old he said this film (and now the Lego) was a huge part of his childhood. Thank you for the prompt service, I very much appreciate it.

I’ve made three separate purchases with these guys. Excellent prices, fast shipping, well packed. And this is why I keep coming back.

I am a regular customer and have always been very satisfied with your service. I placed an order and chose to pick up the product myself at your warehouse located near my home in Copenhagen in order to save on delivery fees. Unfortunately, I made a mistake by selecting the warehouse located in Jutland.

After receiving a notification from Proshop informing me that the product was available, I realized my mistake. I then contacted the company by email, and the next morning I received a reply informing me that I could pick up my purchase at the store near my home, without any additional charges.

Thank you to Simon for his responsiveness, and bravo to Proshop for the company's professionalism.

Ordered parts and cancelled them within 24 hours as I noticed it was the wrong parts. Customer service responds that they cant refund. Parts are not even shipped yet. Worst shop ever

Great and fast delivery!
I've been using Proshop for a while now and I have nothing to complain about.

Long story short:
I first purchased a Parker pen from them… the price was low, the shipping fast… so far so good…
I started using the pen… and after roughly 2 weeks it stopped working…
I tried everything that the internet could show up for “how to revive a roller pen refill” with no success…
So I placed an order of 3 refills… also from them…
Again, the price and shipping was very good, as I received the goods the next day after placing the order…
But now… after 2 more weeks of use… the first refill died …
I find this experience quite bad… as these mentioned products are supposed to hold a long time… not just 2 weeks…
(I used to have one of the same pens as I ordered from them and I used it for 2 years with no refill replacement)
And now… I had to change 2 refills within one month? I don’t see how that adds up…
In my opinion… Proshop is fine as it has low prices and fast shipping…
But if the products they sell last only this much… I have doubts about their authenticity…
In conclusion: I would rather pay double price and order from somewhere else… instead of ordering from them again and being able to use a pen for 2 weeks…
Update:
After being contacted by Proshop support, they provided a fair enough solution for the issue I had…
So for now I can say that the Proshop is a Proshop indeed… and I am willing to make further purchases (if needed) from them…
The only reason I leave the review with only 4 stars is that 5 stars would be if everything went smooth in the first place.

What can I say-I an impressed each time I order. Professional and friendly assistants at the customer support, quickest delivery ever(made an order at night-got it next day, afternoon), quality goods, loyal prices. Very well organised company, indeed. Thank you for great job, guys❤️
