I just wanted to thank everybody for the reviews because I was just about to order three of these AirTags or eye tag pro whatever they are. Advertising is very deceiving. You all saved me a lot of hassle with Customer Service and with a bogus product. Thanks much.

Am liebsten würde ich Minussterne verteilen.
1. Keine richtigen GPS-Tracker. Funktionieren nur mittels Bluetooth.

2. Habe keine App gefunden, mit denen diese Dinger kompatibel sind (für Android)

3. Habe meine Bestellung zurückgeschickt (Versandkosten natürlich selbst bezahlt) und werde bis dato nur vom Kundenservice vertröstet. Auf das Geld warte ich bereits über 2 Wochen.

I wish I'd read these reviews before I bought the product. There is no itagpro app, they won't pair with my iphone and I have serious doubts they have any GPS capabilities. Not only that but trying to get a refund is a mission. DON'T BUY THESE!!

Tried to cancel my order less than 5 minutes after purchase and they claim my order was already despatched and I couldn’t cancel it.

Doesnt work dont waste your time. India tech help is the worst. Returned it immediately. They will offer a partial refund if you dont ship it back.
They are just selling the idea with no working product.

App is terrible - does not work. The tags are bluetooth not GPS, as they claim. This is a total scam. Avoid like the plague.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased 4 tags. The main reason was one for my dog who takes off when then is a thunderstorm.
The product was highly recommended on an Australian site for dog tracking tags which was obviously a ruse set up by this Chinese Company.
The app does not appear in Apple Search except for a Hong Kong clone that is not in English language
Called tech support and they told me to find the app called 'isearching'
Tags work for 15m from iphone then disconnect - even out in the open
So disappointed as I just lost $190 I just can't afford as a pensioner
This is the biggest con job from some crooks who I hope one-day get their retribution

j' ai passé commande de 4 tag pro, ( débit venant de Vilnius, je l' ai su après) j' ai reçu 4 smart tag ! impossible de les connecter à mon iPhone !
impossible de me faire rembourser avec des messages qui durent et qui au bout du compte me propose un remboursement de 25% tout en gardant ces 4 mer..!

Verbindung mit iPhone via ‚wo ist‘ klappt nicht (iPhone 16pro aktuellste). iTagPro für iPhone im Applestore nicht existent. iTag erlaubt Verbindung aber nur Ortung über Signalton.

This product and company is a complete scam. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. They tricked us into making a purchase for more trackers than we wanted. Impossible to obtain a refund, impossible to get the device to work. A COMPLETE SCAM, from China. Don't believe a thing they say on their web site, we got taken, this company and product is CRAP!!

Finger weg! Reagiert nicht auf E-Mails und Telefon Support leitet einen nach Florida weiter, obwohl die Firma eigentlich in Litauen sitzt.
Ware ist mangelhaft und teurer Schrott.

Despite following all instructions from customer service and trouble shooting from Google AND getting my computer whizz friend to try- I couldn’t get it to work with my iPhone despite it advertising that it’s compatible. Only got 25% refund as I guess not financially worth sending it back. The only app we could find seemed to look pretty dodgy so I didn’t risk downloading it.Very disappointed.

Ich bin über die ‚Bewertungsseite’ bestadvisor im Rahmen einer Bestellung weitergeleitet worden zu buyitagpro.com. Ich schließe mich den Worten von Gerald an, es handelt sich hier um Betrug. Ich habe über paypal einen Fall eröffnet und die Verbraucherzentrale über Verbraucherzentrale.de informiert und kann jedem nur empfehlen, das auch zu tun, um den Betrügern das Leben schwerer zu machen.

OK. Positives first. After offering a 25% refund, then a 50% refund the company promised and delivered a full 100% refund. Just as well because that is what it should be under Oz Consumers rights. Now, no matter what i did it would not work with my iPhone, not with its suggested software, which itself was rubbish. A graphic map with incorrect spelling. I tried with the Apple "Find My" app (which works with my iTags), but it simply would not recognise the device. I tried it on an Android, to no avail. I contact support and they basically resupplied me with the same instructions that came with the device. Oh, and i had to pay extra for an extended warranty that i didn't ask for.

Advertised as compatible with Android phones. This is untrue. Also these work via Bluetooth only. It stores the last location before it disconnects meaning if you think it's going to track your lost luggage or stolen car you can forget it! Might be able to find your keys under a cushion if you are lucky. Cheap £5 item being sold for 10 times that. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!

Absolute rubbish.
App in Chinese language. Cannot add device to iPhone.
Beware of the marketing strategies offering great discounts. You are just paying for a square piece of plastic.

Can’t get them/2 to work.

Scam, pure and simple

An update:

I got a refund from PayPal after I returned those crappy trackers to some Chinese warehouse in the Netherlands, covering the return shipping costs myself. So, it’s kind of a happy ending for me.

What I still don’t understand is how on earth PayPal can be an official partner of fraudsters. They continue to process payments for them even though it’s openly a scam.

I ordered the products trusting that items would be as advertised.
Its a fraud, keep away from anything related to iTagPro and Commerce Core UAB.

On the website buyitagpro.com, the item was advertised as a "Smart GPS Tracker for Real-Time Tracking, Geofencing, and Security."

In reality, the product I received is a cheap Chinese tracker worth about two dollars, with no GPS functionality at all. It is merely a poorly functioning Bluetooth device, completely different from what was advertised.

It is quite disappointing that PayPal is being used to intermediate what appears to be a clear case of fraud.

They just buy cheap crap from China and sell it further by misleading buyers.
