I had a problem with my order -- I was accidentally not given the discount on an item that was BOGO. When I brought it to their attention, they reached out right away and offered me 2 options for a refund (store credit with a bonus amount or refund to my method of payment). I made my choice and received confirmation in less than 24 hours. Very good customer service!
I could not charge my key smart card
I could not charge my key smart card. I contacted support thinking it was defective. They contacted me with instructions and possibilities.
At the end the card was not defective. What was defective was my wireless charger. Had to buy a new charger. Everything works good now.

The instructions for how to connect the…
The instructions for how to connect the smart card are a little off. You have to tap the button five times then press and hold. You can feel it click when you press it. I was not able to connect the smart cards to my app just by reading the instructions I reached out to their support team for help. I received an immediate response with these more detailed instructions and they worked. I’m delighted to have these.

Terrible company
Terrible company. The aftersales is non existent but I thought I’d give them another try and buy a new product. Wish I hadn’t bothered. Apparently the product is a pre order. Doesn’t say on the product at all. No worries it happens so I email to ask for update and of course the dates have changed. I really want to like this company but they are terrible.

I had an issue with a lock that was my own fault. The Statik team answered my requests promptly and went above and beyond to remedy my problem. The locks are great quality at a great price. I highly recommend.

Customer Service manually changed colors for me, did a great job.
I ordered a 5-pack of the iPro Key Organizer and needed a custom mix of colors. The customer support agent was incredibly helpful. She quickly assisted me with creating a customized order and explained that they would manually adjust the configuration to match exactly what I wanted. She was responsive, respectful, and made the process smooth and stress-free.
I’ll update this review once my order arrives to confirm that everything looks as expected, but so far the service has been outstanding!
