Carl at Auto 100 select was extremely helpful and very accommodating when sorting out a warranty issue with my new car. Everything was sorted very promptly and the garage invoice paid within a few days as promised by Carl. Very happy customer!!

I purchased a £30,000 range rover from this company. It had a plugged tire, which is extremely dangerous as its only meant to get you to a tire shop to get a replacement. I only found this out after driving my family about after about 200 miles. The company that replaced the tires said that I was extremely lucky that I did not get a blow out! I was not told about this at the time of purchase and had I known Id not have purchased the car. The dealer denied all responsibility and pushed me towards a warranty company. As most people know a warranty company does not deal with this kind of issue, a tire is a consumable item. The dealer kept saying that the car managed to get through its MOT about 6 weeks before my purchase. But that means nothing as the dealer himself told me at the time of my purchase that he had been driving the car himself for a few weeks prior.
I had to replace the tire myself at a cost of over £300, and as I always replace in pairs replaced the other also at a further cost of £300. Since my purchase the car has been riddled with other issues, rather than contact the dealer yet again which I know would go nowhere I cut my losses and sold the car on at a £5k loss. Biggest mistake I have ever made in purchasing a car. I am currently taking the dealer to court over the tire, its a principle thing, and waiting for a court date.
All I am going to end on is to say do your due diligence before making a purchase, just be VERY careful.
Try and get finance through Carmoola that do deep checks on dealerships, you don't need to get the finance, you wont get that far, as certain dealerships are black listed. Don't take my word for it see for yourself.

From the very start my experience with Carl and Harv has been flawless, my Mercedes was immaculate on arrival and Carl was very helpful getting me set up in the car. The BMW X6 was superb, but the real star was Carl. He made the whole process easy – knowledgeable, genuine, and no pressure at all. The car was immaculately presented, the trade-in simple, and the after-sales outstanding. Carl even arranged a puncture kit replacement sent direct to my home. Three months on, the car is still perfect. A thoroughly nice chap and a pleasure to deal with – highly recommended.

Great people and service. Held the car for me for 2 weeks whilst I organised my finances. Kept in constant communication and everything happened as promised. Even when I turned up 2 hours late to pick the car up!

Harv dealt with my initial enquiry getting back to me within 30 mins confirming that the car was still available and organised a prompt viewing the following day - he then organised finance and within one day I was driving my new car back home.
Carl the Director was also hugely helpful and had great knowledge on all things Porsche which was great! I would hugely recommend anyone to use these guys as they will not let you down.

What an absolute pleasure Carl was from start to finish. The car was fully prepped and clean when we got there, Carl knew all about the car and answered all our questions. We test drove it on a mixture of roads and decided it was the car for us. A very quick negotiation and the deal was done. We insured it, taxed it and drove it away. No hassle, no stress, just good old honest decency.

Got my stunning Long Island blue M2 from Carl and it has been a wonderful experience.

Phenomenal service from Carl, car was immaculately prepared for me as I was coming from some 200 miles away. I was skeptical at first as there was only 1 review on Autotrader but I promise you that this is an unparalleled car dealership. Car was fairly priced and Carl was fair in negotiations and in sorting out any minor issues. Highly recommended. Auto100select is a sister company of the better known Auto100 company. The location is stunning too.
