This SCAM works as follows

The scam works as follows:
1. We sign up for a one-week trial period, paying $1 and authorizing a monthly subscription of $39.
2. They send you a login password, which works at first.
3. If, for example, you try to cancel the trial period and the service immediately, you can't: there is no "Cancel Subscription" button on the Subscription page, only a Quit button.
4. If I press the Quit button, it logs me out of the website and I can no longer log in; the password no longer works. It leaves me believing that I have canceled.
5. A week later, it starts deducting the monthly subscription fee.
6. Of course, the login name and password still don't work.
7. During their business hours, they do not respond to emails or WhatsApp messages.

In their automatic reply they state:
"Note: Our messaging team is available 9 AM - 9 PM CEST, seven days a week."
So it is not true that I should have waited for 9 AM EST as Maya stated in her reply to this review.

I waited for 5 hours, no reply, but after this Trustpilot review I got a refund in 30 minutes. Thank you.

3.
They have answered my question about their deliberately misleading website. "Normally, you should be able to cancel your subscription easily from your account under Settings → Subscription."

I still assert it is their business model that you can not cancel the trial.

Charged after trial period and got refund

I was in the situation where after the trial period, I got charged full subscription (although I didn't want it) and I gave them 5 stars.

Yes, service desk at NewMindStart earned them :)

I sent them an email with print screens of the account/transaction, had a civilized email exchange with the team and the money was refunded in full.
Yes, they have business and financial services but also give onest and fair help in issues solving.

Hi. I did not like the fact that when I was trying to pay for a class I want, the website led me to subscription before I even knew. Charged without subscribing

Charged me for subscription that I didn’t make! Waiting if they will be fair and returne it.
The courses are very short and nit worth money. The one I bought is explaining about that dance but doesn’t ever show up the whole class.
