Overall its great for getting ideas, SEO management, setting up & scheduling social media posts and storing information about your business. Ive had some issues getting data and there could be more automations in terms of reaching out to leads for the business.

So far, its been a great experience. Pretty straightforward if you've used other ai platforms. For me, I would like a little more critical thinking and feedback from different team members but this could be due to how much informtlation ive given them. What would be great is a compiled list/ summary of what was discussed to implement. Sort of where we lead off the day before and what we're those call to actions I should be doing the next day. Mind tou, im in the early stages of using this app so im not sure if this is something it does or I have to ask.

I’ve been using Sintra for my jewelry business and I’m so in amazed by this app. The helpers are all specialized in their own sector. It’s truly helpful! I’m learning so much about my own business and the e-commerce space. I use this app all day long. They rarely make mistakes and their guidance and answers just keep getting better. I truly recommend this. I canceled my ChatGPT subscription.

Good experience so far, however still limited in what it says it offers vs what it really offers. Ex: construction of webpage possible but with several limitations that turn it useless.

I'm impressed with what I've gotten
So far, I've really enjoyed using the Sintra app. The helpers are actually helpful. I'm impressed with how well Soshie captures my voice when I give it the correct information. And it's great to have the scheduling function incorporated into its system.
I look forward to exploring what the other helpers can do to streamline my business.

It is an extensive tool
It is an extensive tool. Very helpful but you need to take some time to get used to it. It can be overwhelming but so far it’s been helpful. Dutch language doesn’t work that well.

They lie of the money guarantee
I used 1 whole day, was not fine fory needs, cancelled, wrote to them an email for the money back guarantee. A bot asked me to write them... So I wrote an email for asking my money back, well guess what, an ai bot answered some strange that I need to write them to get back the money. Thanks no, even the customer service bot is useless what they use for their business, I don't want my customers to deal with such "smart" solution.
Guess what, I didn't get back my money that they claimed to guarantee to, so I'm really glad I didn't stay longer than 1 day.

So far it’s been really helpful in posting social media, scheduling on my calendar, making to do list, and sort. What I think needs to be improved is the training of the AI helpers. They take a good bit of getting used to your personality and talking they also get the dates wrong if you don’t double check so you have to double check a lot. Those things could be improved as well as a couple of other user interface applications.
And possibly more integration with other platforms or programs besides just Facebook, Instagram and TikTok… maybe YouTube, Microsoft to do list, able to do Excel spreadsheets because they’re not able to do that… and if they could talk to ChatGPT and prefer together, that would be great

An absolute game-changer for me, running my small business on my own. I wish I could give Sintra 6 stars. I just wish I could buy little action figures for my desk.
Helps Organise My Many Thoughts
I’ve only had Sintra for just over a week and I already feel more organised. It seems very compatible with my fast working but disorganised brain. So far, very ADHD friendly.
Deceptive Pricing
So what they don't say when you sign up is that there's a usage limit on the product and once you reach the end of the that it stops working entirely and you have to pay more to keep it going.
In fact, this is completely hidden from view until you near the end of the limit.
Sintra are sadly engaging in deceptive pricing and not revealing the true cost of using the platform to get users.
It's a real shame because I think the product has potential and it good but then again, their pricing strategy causes reviews like this one.
Keep in mind that whatever you pay when you sign up, it will likely costs you double or triple that per month.
Also, one of the most intensive usage credit tasks is actually setting up the central brain itself so they sneak this tactic in under the hood from the start.
I'm really worried about what else they haven't shared with me now.
