Need better cell coverage for the tracking. My cell phone works fine but a lot of the time the app indicates poor cell signal.

When the SpotOn collar wasn't working they fixed it and it works perfectly now. The only downside is we didn't have the collar for a week but not something we couldn't adjust to.

This is the BEST collar we’ve tried - and we’ve tried so many. Our dogs are actually border trained rather than just punished for going too far.

After 6 months of training our puppy still runs through fence (static at 100%). Customer service offered some tips, but to no avail. Might try again later. GPS tracking works very well
