Spoke to Alison on customer service. An awkward glitch about plans changing meaning I got an unexpected bill.
Called up, and within 20 mins it's been sorted and I don't have to deal with any invoices.
Good customer service doesn't show until there's an issue (which is inevitable). My first issue and resolved easily- would highly recommend :D

I'm undergoing testing for a pre-existing condition that I wouldn't be covered for anyway...but the waiting list is possibly 18 months and they won't offer me ANY insurance at all. So if I broke my arm next week, or was involved in a car accident...it doesn't matter. I appreciate not paying out for anything that shows up on the tests that I'm waiting for if it brings up a different condition, then it would an existing condition before I took out the policy but to not be able to provide anything?
