I ordered two bedside table lamps that functioned nothing like what was advertised. Once set up, the dimmer switches gave off a bright blue glow—even when the lamps were off—making it impossible to sleep. I reached out to customer service, expecting a straightforward return, but was told I'd be charged a $69.42 return shipping fee (25% of the total price). They refused to waive it, even though the product was unusable and misrepresented. Extremely disappointed with their customer service—completely unwilling to stand behind their product. BEWARE before ordering!

I communicated via email and live call-in. My first stop was troubleshooting a light fixture malfunction. Very responsive and proactive. The findings ultimately were an issue on my end and not the fixture.

Next stop was replacing the fixture and ordering same. That was a live call. The representative located the needed fixture in a warehouse; walked me through the next steps to get a one-time discount; the order was completed by myself on my phone; fixture arrived in a week.

The light was previously opened and partially installed. I asked to exchange it for a new light and they refused, and if I were to return it they would charge additional freight above the $150.00 I already paid. The box was heavily damaged and re-taped.

The LED bath light is not too bright, not too dim; just perfect. Very pleased with our purchase. Good quality and easy to install. However, note that the box with the wiring is too small to cover a junction box, or at least our junction box which is round. So you need to fashion something to cover the hole above and below the fixture if your junction box is round.

I recently purchased Vonn's Tureis Contemporary flush mount ceiling fixture. Prior to ordering this item, I phoned their company to get more information. Both people that I spoke to were very informative, professional and friendly.
The fixture arrived within the allotted time.
I should mention that this is the second Tureis fixture that I have purchased. I have had the same Tureis fixture for almost ten years in my main home. It still looks and operates like new. I've placed it in a hallway.
My newest purchase of the same fixture is in the dining room of our vacation condo. When shopping for this new fixture, I was thrilled to find this style still available.
I would recommend this company. They are reliable and they sell quality products.

I like that Vonn products are ETL or other major entity certified so you know you’re not buying bottom of the barrel clone products that aren’t designed to work safely or last.

Ordered a dinning room chandelier on line. The company said you will be notified when shipped. Two days later the light was at my door, packaged in great condition. Would not hesitate at all to purchase again from this company. Light looks great.
