Good service and purchase made eventually as trying to find the "appropriate "member of staff to ask questions about products on the shop floor somewhat frustrating.
I've never had an issue
I've ordered a number of large appliances from Currys over the years and have always been happy with their price and service.
Whilst shopping for a tumble dryer my criticisms are:
- It would be really useful if I could filter on any/all of the product spec items, since there are loads of options, I like to narrow down what I can view. For example "Annual Energy Consumption" is known as it's listed in the spec but I can't filter on it.
- The same is true for comparisons, I can't compare the whole product spec, and again "Annual Energy Consumption" is not comparable, apparently. I can compare "Go Greener" with the only option "Save Energy" though, so that's helpful.
- Filtering, again, when I set a filter, and close the accordion, and select something else to filter on, the other filtered accordions re-open which is quite frustrating.
- Energy saving is nice to have, however, to view the energy costs I have to click in to each one and then click to spin the whatsit around, it would be much easier if the costs were shown, or both if need be.
- The "Found 2 cheaper to run" seems inconsistent, e.g. there is a Beko that says there are 2 cheaper, but neither shown are the Bosch that's directly underneath with higher savings.
- Rather than "Found 2 cheaper to run" why not allow order by "Annual Energy Consumption"?

Minus stars is what id like to give.
The saga of my delivery continues. Left a review here and was promptly given a template response to contact their social media email. And of course no response not even an acknowledgement. Its been 2 days. Noone can tell me where my order is since the 5th. Been given a DPD tracking number, Currys say its in transit...but why does my side show its not even with DPD. Manager never available. Noone can contact DPD. Was told I would have to myself. Asked to be called back on Sunday 7th by a manager and still no call on 9th. Customer service line is utterly rubbish. Will be reporting Currys to trading standards. Even for a complaint you have to write to an address??? No email available for a complaint.

Went to Curry’s in Enfield was served by a gentleman named Terry. I was looking to purchase a laptop for my son. Terry was very friendly and helpful I had a lot of questions and no ask was too much. The next day when I went back I asked for Terry again and he was there with details finalised the laptop was ordered and I’m going to pick it up today. 🥰

I am a customer for Curry for a couple of decades. my last order of a new dryer has gone from worse to worse. the dryer stopped working a couple of weeks after purchase. a month later an engineer visited and said it needed a module replacement. The engineer visited again with wrong replacement. now we are in winter without a dryer for more than 2 months. we requested a replacement or refund or just to take it away so i can get a new dryer. the engineer from Hotpoint was professional but we have no dryer for 2 months. I want now Curry to collect the item for refund as i won't get Hotpoint dryer again

I had an idea what specification I wanted on a new laptop but there are such an array of options, the technical sales person broke it down and made it simple, which really simplified my search. I had previously went to another Curry's store and the level of knowledge and was the same.
