Tried to open an account here while I…

Prejudiced and sketchy 3rd world bank. I tried to open an account here while I resided in Paris for a project since just wanted to simple bank card to pay for food etc.. Staff were super prejudiced and suspicious of me as couldnt understand nature of my assignment nor the fact that there are Asians who have non-Asian passports! Odd considering how many there are in Paris!

They seemed very mistrustful of anyone working for a professional company and yet I observed them open accounts for the sketchiest of people who barely had any documentation and were almost certainly in France illegally! I spoke to these people such as a Filipino who was in France illegally and they all said it was quick and easy, and yet with me they asked for my employment contract proof of residence and tons of documentation. The French gov should really investigate their practices! They dont want legit working professionals from developed countries who contribute to the French economy yet are happy to open accounts for undocumented migrants??? OK well as this is France Im not surprised!

WARNING! Don't use moneytransfer through La Banque Postale!!!

La Banque Postale offers moneytransfers from France to many other countries, incl. Denmark. Our Family in France went to the local La banque Postale may 21. 2013, and paid for a transfer of 2.000,- € . They told our Family in france that we (us in Denmark), should go to a postoffice in Denmark with the "Transfers du fonds international" document and the code la Banque Postale gave to our Family in france. But Our local post office didn't know anything about la Banque Postale moneytransfers?! Then we called the information center of Post Denmark, and they could only give us the same answer, they never heard about la Banque Postale!? Then we contacted Danske Bank, and they did know la banque Postale but have nothing to do with this kind of moneytransfers?
Where is the Money now?
Then Our french Family contacted the local La Banque Postale, but they could not tell where the Money is, and that they will have to wait at least a month to get any answer!?!
So now La Banque Postale have 2.000,- € of Our families Money and we can do nothing?!
This is a very poor and very unsatisfactory service from La Banque Postale.
Does anyone have the same experience as us?
Who can we contact in Denmark or in France to help us?
