They sorted out my mother's Claude Montana, Thierry Mugler, her leather jackets, and so many more things! I googled if they were worthless. Turns out they took the items just to sell them on Vestiaire Collective. There are severe thieves in Poland!! Someone needs to stop them! Why should they make money instead of my mom?
Not very happy with my order. It’s not my first time ordering on sellpy and I always have the same issue. They don’t mention problems that the clothes have and you end up paying more than the original sellpy price to fix a jean or throwing them in the trash. You never really know what you gonna get. One product will be perfect and the other will be broken after 2 days..
You charge twice for shipping and returning the goods. This is not correct.
I sold with Sellpy. They sorted out everything of luxury brands as dirty or alike. Nothing is dirty. I am very keen on keeping my items clean and sorted. Then shortly after, some Polish thief are selling exactly my items on Vestiaire Collective! Everything they removed! Even my children's clothes. This needs to be reported to the police. Sellpy just answers per usual. Like this is normal?! They allow thievery. DO NOT SELL WITH THEM! If the unpackers can take what they want for themselves, this needs a much deeper investigation!
I liked their list function when saving items to favorites, but wish it was easier to add them to lists while browsing.

Huge variety of clothes. I think its too costly for some brands others or okay price wise. We had two clothes which weren’t described correctly and had some faults. But in the end it was very well handled by sellpy. We got the money refunded and handled very quickly.
The delivery was delayed and we had to wait quite long.
Merchandise was advertised for men and ended up being for women. You need to pay to return.
I bought an Apple keyboard from Sellpy for around 60 €. When the item arrived it turned out to be a very old model, not even a blue tooth Connection. But above all a Key was missing from the keyboard. I returned the keyboard but Sellpy’s response was “not acceptable because mentioned in the add on their website (which absolutely it was not)”. Last time ever I used Sellpy!
As far as buying from Sellpy is fine, selling is really disappointing. First they threw away some clothes that in my opinion were quite good to sell and then once I started “earning”, the costs of the advertising 12 kr per item ate up almost everything I’ve earned. Would be better to sell them super cheap on Vinted, at least I would earn something…
Sellpy throws away parts of items you send of to sell, like boxes and pouches that the items come with resulting to a much lower selling price. I have had items that are COMPLETELY new and spotless, be listed as dirty or flawed. Since you aren't asked to provide a list of the items you are sending for sale, they have lost items that they couldn't retrieve in their warehouse.
Extremely disappointed on the way they process your valuables.
As for buying things from them, there have been multiple items that have been labelled a wrong size or a wrong type and I have had items arriving in terrible state and filthy.
I have made orders from Sellpy for a few years and ordered around 20 boxes. I haven't had any problems before, but recently something seems to have changed on their approach to customer service.
One of my packages was missing so I reached out to customer service to find out where it was. I didn't get any answer. So I sent another one. And another. And another. I sent 4 emails trying to work out the issues with the order. It's been months now and I never got a reply for my messages.
I've enjoyed buying thrifted stuff from this company but I won't buy from a company that won't answer clients questions. Too much stress for an already stressed out person. They ended up charging me a bit too much for the order but I had no choice but pay up since there was no point in reaching out to solve the issues.
From Sellpys social media it seems they are using an awful lot of resources to entertain influencers. In my opinion some of these resources should really be redirected into bettering the customer service.
Unsold items count as -minus in your saldo. And those items that are not sold are going to be kept by them.

Despite the fact that sometimes I get annoyed with Sellpy sorting my bags I must admit I do love shopping with them. The little gems you can find!! They'd rarely ever mess up the order and handle returns well. Support usually are very helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes I am worried if I am addicted to Sellpy haha.🥰
My order was ‘shipped’ but never arrived. I was refunded but this is after 3 weeks of waiting for my order to arrive. Won’t be buying from Sellpy again.
Clothing is accurately described and photographed. I’ve always been very happy with the items i have ordered.
However sometimes I think the items are priced a bit too high. Like if you can get the item on sale for the same price, why would you buy it second hand.
