August 2025 Service Changes
July 28, 2025
As you know, restoring service has been Omnitrans’ #1 goal. We’re happy to report that all of our routes have been fully restored to their pre-pandemic service levels. Now our focus is on improving routes to make them operate as efficiently as possible to serve you, our customer, better. What does that look like? Running times have been adjusted to make easier connections to other routes and to Metrolink services and to help keep routes running on time. Also, ONTConnect aka Route 380, has been expanded.
ONTConnect (Route 380) is your go-to option for travel to and from the Ontario International Airport (OIA) and the Rancho Cucamonga Metrolink station. Now you have more travel time choices to get you to OIA via ONTConnect. More trips have been added to ONTConnect, meaning more buses, more often. The same limited stop service gets you there faster.
ONTConnect vehicles have some of the same amenities as Omnitrans’ large buses, and can carry 12 passengers, several suitcases, 2 mobility devices, and 2 bicycles.
ONTConnect buses operate 4 AM – 11 PM, Monday – Friday; 6 AM – 11 PM Saturday and Sunday.

In addition to the above changes, effective Monday, August 11, SBConnect will be eliminated. Travel to and from downtown San Bernardino and the SBTC will still be available using Routes sbX, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 14, and 15. Frequently visited destinations such as the San Bernardino County Courthouse and Justice Center and the Guatemalan and Mexican Consulates can be reached easily by Routes 1, 3, and 15. City of San Bernardino offices can be reached using Routes 2, 15, and sbX.
