Fast turn around from ordering to delivery. Package was perfectly intact. Not the 1st time I've chosen Saker tools and most certainly won't be the last..affordable, professional company.

Shipping takes Forever - Still not received

I ordered Christmas items that also included a dated calendar on Oct. 13 with a shipping time of 6-13 days. On 11/5 Customer service answered my inquiry with an apology about a delay stating that processing is now 10-15 business days and an additional 6 to 13 additional business days for shipping.
When I tracked the package now it has been in transit for 19 days already.

No idea if I am ever going to receive the items.

I purchased the mason jar vacuum and it isn’t working. It doesn’t suck. I contacted the company to return and was totally given the run around are what my mobile system was (iOS or something else) which has absolutely nothing to do with the machine. Then, it gave me a help link which I had to give a credit card number to use??? Seriously irritating experience!

Poor quality

This item was not up to standards. It had no plug so in order to use it, i would have use my phone charger plug. I bought two for 50$ and feel i could have gotten them for less than 5$ on Temu. I have reached out to the company for a refund and have yet to get a response. DO NOT BUY FROM SAKERPLUS

Power washer disappointment

I ordered a power washer from this company. It arrived on time but with missing parts. I reached out to customer service and never heard back. The power washer worked great the first two times, now it doesn’t work at all. I reached out to customer service and never heard back.

I ordered 2 of the bird cat toys going…

I ordered 2 of the bird cat toys going by the video on your website. On the website, the birds fly. The ones I got (@ $15.99 each) just lay there and chirp. Also the feathers fall out just by my tossing it to my cat. I would like to return these for a refund.
