I like the email integration, however some of the responses that it comes up with are not quite my style, nor do they reflect what is being asked. I feel like I need to train a little bit more. To get Sintra to respond the way I would.

I LOVE Sintra and honestly that’s an understatement. I really do like AI and set my business up using ChatGPT - I couldn’t find another Ai that I liked that was as helpful. I had seen ads for Sintra and never looked for some reason. I thought I’d give it a go with its free trial on the App Store, the first thing I did was give it a new product idea to see how it would help me with it (as I would normally do with ChatGPT) - I am not kidding it’s 100x better it’s actually insane. Cancelled my ChatGPT subscription, paid for a year for Sintra. Still using it, I still LOVE it. Legend

The various help from different team members and ease of use...

The ease of use in getting this setup and actually make noticable changes in my workflow after just a few days was incredible. The insights I got from how to update my website has already generate a change in traffic. Couldn't say enough good things about this tool.

The fact that I can brainstorm, create, organize, and get tips on my well-being all in one place is a game changer. No more having multiple tabs open and trying to remember where I was or what I was doing.

Overall it is worth it. I grabbed it at 70% off. So at that price I am happy with it. Of course it has some usual AI issues. Couuld i do it elsewhere yes probably. This is all in one spot for the most part. Set up does take some time. What i do like is being able to schedule all my social media in one spot. It does give you tips and ideas to check out and gives schedules. I have not tested everything out yet but for under 20 a month. So far it has been helpful.

Sintra is a great tool- it is very powerful and useful. However, their pricing policy and support are awful-- its like bots are running everything!

Specifically, they should inform the user of how many credits were used during the session and how those credits were calculated. I used up credits like crazy and had no idea where they were going. Then they have a policy of not refunding unused credits when cancelling seems petty and unfair.

It would also be good if their support "people" didnt just provide a link to a site and spout out policy. It seemed like I wasnt dealing with a human being.

So net/net- know going in that the pricing for an annual subscription is only to get you in. Then they charge what they want.

Very cute 'employees', need training but can then organize your email, post on IG on your behalf (after your approval), create email newsletter sequences etc. I still need to spend more time on the platform to get the most out of it but pretty happy with the outcome of the first weeks.

Sintra is like having a team working for you with a keen interest in what you are trying to achieve.

It's great so far, a lttle over whelming as we are reading one thing and my 12 amazing AI Helpers are off doing 24 other things. It takes some time to get through the initial shock of all that they can do, just wait for brain.ai to send them new info/findings... Just sit back and let them do what they need to do, then come back and collect everything you need for the day, week, month, or quarter that they already did and hit the ground running.

I have been with Sintra for a few weeks, and this is what I have found so far.
On a positive note, he is doing the basic things very well. Like rewriting my emails and searching the internet for information.
On the other end,
The response time is very long.
a lot of things that I want it to do, it does not do.
It is not able to communicate with other apps and provide me with the right information.

Set up what I asked it to remember, but it does not remember as well. This is the same time frustrating since I expected not to repeat mistakes.
