SCAM ALERT!

I am from NZ. I ordered a wok 10 days ago, still have received no shipping information just a generic email saying they are so busy with all the Black Friday orders but are working 'night and day' to get the orders shipped. I started getting worried and checked this site which I clearly should have done before I purchased. Emailed the company and got this reply:

"Hi xxxx,
Thank you for your order. I totally understand that it can be frustrating not to see any tracking yet.

Your package is already on its way but tracking only becomes available once it clears customs in your country. I’m keeping an eye on it myself and will make sure to send you the link the moment it's ready.

I’ve marked your case as a priority so I can assist you even faster if needed. Thank you again for your patience 🙏"

I have never heard of tracking only becoming available once clearing customs. Sounds very dodgy to me. Pretty sure it's a scam and am going to ring the bank and try and reverse the payment.

Also take a close look at the positive reviews on this site, as another member on here pointed out, look at the reviewer's history and notice how there's always some reviews written in Dutch in amongst them even if the reviewer is apparently American for instance. Clearly fake.

Haven't received the product, no way to contact

Haven't received the product after more than 2 weeks. I ordered it on 24th November for a birthday on 13th December. It's now 9th Dec, with no sign. I did get an email asking me to review the product, a bit worrying, but link just sent me to more advertising. I tried to contact them on their website, but I don't have the order number on the email confirming my order (despite what it says on the website-that I should find it there) and they haven't replied. I replied to the email confiring my order, as it said I could, but it bounced back. So I guess I will have to face the Christmas shopping hoards and get a different present and somehow try to get a refund.

I have an order since 28.11.2025 accidentally by mistake, I would like to cancel immediately but cannot see any cancel button. Ok then i wait for the product hope i will like it. But until now 9.12.2025, I didnt' hear any delivery msg , or update of shipment. I tried to write an email to Siraat support email but receive error email delivery note. My order number is #SIRAAT30521. Hope I will receive the mini pan soon.

Everything sticks to it

The pan is advertised as non-stick, but everything sticks to it. The website claims a 100-day free trial, yet they don’t honor that promise. Customer service has been slow and unhelpful. They only offered me a 10% refund for what is essentially an overpriced stainless steel pan in a 100 day "free" trial. Don’t fall for it.

Hey Siraat - I am waiting for my order since Nov 29th. I want to cancel my order and want a refund of 100% of my money paid. Writing here since you are not responding to any of my mails, communication from you is non-existent. No tracking/shipping, anything - you just took my money and you don't care about anything else.
IF you refund me back - at least I will be able to say here that you are not a SCAM.

This is a scam

This is a scam! There is no information about this company! We don't know where they are, I ordered from them, but I didn't receive any product, there is no comment anywhere, from a person who says they received anything from them!
Report the Facebook and Instagram pages because this company does not exist! They do not ship anything, they do not produce anything! I delete all the negative comments on Facebook and Instagram so that other people do not see them. I do not respond to messages on the site, everything is a scam!

Buyer beware - heed the reviews bellows. This is not a legitimate operation - whoever “running” is incompetent or a scam artist. Can’t speak to the products as I refused delivery and returned to sender but “Jen” whoever the heck that is (possibly just a bot) is a sad excuse of a CS rep. Radio silence unless they want your money after you dispute charges with a bank for failure to procure merchandise. ALSO, THEY WILL CHARGE $50+ FOR ANY RETURNS. Steer clear of this instagram scam.

Scamners or just bad customer service?

Scamners or just bad customer service?

Placed an order on 1 Dec 2025.
Received confirmation email that they received my order and are preparing it. No order number.
Received two more vague emails since that they'll send tracking info once courier picks up the order.
It's only a frying pan with a lid but cost over $300. How much preparation does it need?

No response to an email I sent, and no reply to a fb comment I added on their page.

Scammed??

No response, no any support, Siraat is a scam company !

I paid and ordered one of their pan on the 12th of November. Although they confirmed the order, till today I could not get any tracking record or any useful info from Siraat. They are only sending same emails upon my repeating request for tracking record. Before Black Friday, they started to say "Black Friday logistic delay" and they still continue to say same. As I understood, they are big scam company. If I could give "0" or below, I would do.....

I'm in Australia. I bought a pan online from their website ... clearly I should've come here first. I've had no response. No confirmation email, nothing. Just money gone from my credit card. No response to my email to customer service.
They're scammers.

Ho effettuato l' acquisto e conseguente pagamento , dopo qualche giorno mi hanno scritto che erano sommersi dagli ordini , è passata quasi un' altra settimana e oltre a non ricevere altri aggiornamenti sull'invio della merce , quando ho scritto alla loro e-mail, mi è stato inviato un messaggio che diceva che tale indirizzo non esiste. Very unsatisfactory experience so far, wouldn't recommend buying from this company

I placed an online order early November, for one of their titanium pans. I paid by credit card and received a confirmation for my order was told to expect delivery information to follow shortly thereafter. More than 3 weeks later despite emailing them 3 times, i still don't have any delivery information or an ETA on when to expect my delivery. Instead, they just keep telling me the 'transport' company will assign a tracking number & send it to me soon!! The last email i received they offered me a 10% credit - WTF I dont want a credit, i want my pan or refund my money. I dont believe this company has sent my order, and are fobbing me off becuase they have not fulfilled my order and dont want to tell me and provide a refund. I will give them one more week to provide me with the delivery information before i go to the bank and have the transaction reversed due to their fraudulent activity.

If the issue is dealt with I will alter the feedback. I ordered 3 pans plus utensils. Only 2 small pans have arrived, no spatulas and no paperwork. Where is the rest of my order please????? I await a response and quick rectification.

Titan frying pans - 3 of various sizes

Excellent service, quick delivery and, of course, high quality pans, as expected. I bought three of them to renew my kitchenware and after a couple of uses I already noticed the difference. First of all, I like how evenly they heat up and food does not stick to the pan. Apparently this will result in less oil consumption. Still need more time to see all the benefits, but currently, I am fully satisfied with the purchase.

Almost certainly a scam

It's been "on its way" since Nov 25th, but there's no tracking no, funnily enough. Then it's a bit delayed (how do they know, if it's with the courier?). All their emails say "just hit reply" to get in contact, but this is a lie, as any replies will bounce. I emailed a separate customer support address. They fobbed me off with more of the same nonsense and ignored all my questions. Then they asked me to review my frying pan!! After that they said it was on its way but a bit delayed. Then in the same minute they say they have received my order and are currently processing it!! This was 11 days after I placed the order. I'm still waiting.
So obviously lying through their teeth. I'll give them another couple of days, then I'll raise a PayPal dispute and have nothing to do with them ever again.
It's clear a lot of other customers are having exactly the same experience, so it looks very much like this is a scam.

Not a “non stick”

Only if I could give zero stars!!
After frying on “titanium nonstick frying pan”for a week making breakfast..Everything was getting stock to “nonstick surface “..and I tried everything,
it was a real messy process..(even took some photos for the record) I went back to my old STAINLESS STEEL pan.
Contacted Siraat to process return.
Well..Jen offered me a 10% refund and keep the pan.. “real business approach”,..it was laughable.
Also to make couple observations..
there is nowhere to be found the country of manufacturing and return address,Very strange!! For sure MADE IN CHINA
If I don’t get a full refund
From Siraat and have to send it back, the pan goes straight in the garbage!!!
